Does the car handle or feel any different without the quad shock not being back there? I was told back in the day it did help having those goofy shocks back there.
I have a have a question, do you have to run spacers if you have a rear differential off an sn95? I hear the axels stick out a little more. And if so would you still need to roll out your fenders?
Dude hands down you have the best foxbody channel on the internet, and.... not only do u help guys like me get threw the foxbody struggle but u also sell on ebay hard to find pieces that lmr doesn't offer for the fox, dude thank u seriously
Hey Brother, what's the best wheel spacers or wheel spacer brand? Put my 17x9 polished Cobras back on my ProjectGirl ('92 Gt) and ofcourse the front stick out .ore then the rears and it drives me crazy. Thank you Sir.
Nice video!! I have the same size tire and rim on my orange car! 3" exhaust. No spacers. Had to message the inner tub to make it work. rolled fenders and no one can ride in the back set!! ;-)
@@Neomustangs hey would you happen to know what size wheel stud & spacers I would need? I’m running 17” Pony Wheels with 305 rubber. Backspacing is 6.29” My issue is what would fit inside the stock pony center caps??
Great video! I was in your lifestream a few months back and asked about those. And at the end of the stream you explained it to me then and I really appreciated it. Glad to see a more detailed video with the wheel off and everything. I wanted to order a set, but still out of stock in chrome the last time I checked. They look awesome D.A. !
Being my fox is also black.. I had the silver 17 cobra r wheels for 20 years and wanted a change and didn’t want new wheels so i had them blasted And powder coated smoked charcoal and changed the whole look of it and I love it. Wheels make our break a car
Great stuff.. whats ur thoughts on 50tussin his cars are fast with no poweradders. All the fox channels like brew2l yours and other should get together with him that be cool all help each other grow
@@Neomustangs your stuff is great to you helped me with a supercharged build that iam dojng for my buddys 89 gt keep up the great content all the best to you.
I have fox length axles. Basically my rear set up is stock. I fear rolling my fenders, it has original paint. Can I run a 275 or 285 30 r18 with a 10.5 width wheel and not roll the fender????
I know this is an old video, but wondering if it would be possible to also run these 10.5 inch wheels up front if swapped to sn95 from control arms + 5 lug spindles...would like to run 315s all the way around, this is for a track car so not afraid to cut/flair fenders.
I've been pissed I couldn't find the join button. I mostly watch you on my phone. I was eating lunch and watching on my laptop and there it is right beside the subscribe button. Stupid phones. Haha
What brand are your weight jackers? How much do they improve your grip over stock arms? How much adjustment in ride height do they deliver? Thanks neomustang
So do you need better control arms to compensate for the missing quads with stock power or can I remove them and not worry about it. I flipped my quads awhile ago to fit my 10' wheels on but now that I lowered it the shocks bump against the quads a little
I have the anniversary wheels 17x10 my back spacing is a little less than yours , they are lmr, can I still run 35/315 with the 1/2” and 1/4” spacers as you did? Of coarse 3” studs, what spacers u recommend?
Thanks for sharing your secrets on what works D👍 I must of done something wrong when I dabbled with Spacers. My car "swayed" like a dam boat driving down the road, some scary sh!t
Hey Bro!! Your channel is one of the best. You Always have kickass opinions on everything. So I greatly appreciate you. So I need your opinion lol. I’m seriously looking at a wheel for my 91 notch that’s 5 lug 18x11 + 8mm For the rear and could go either 18x9 +30mm or... 18x9.5 +10mm on the front Which way would go for the fronts and for tires? I’m thinking this would be totally doable with the set up you showed in this video... thx in advance
I have the same rear wheels on my coupe with no spacers, and I run a 305/45/17 MT et street ss. My car sits a little lower but looks right, Fox chamber did a video on it….video #25
Thanks for the video! I have 03 Cobra replicas as well, 10.5 for the rear, but I have 275/40s I was planning to run. Do you think the 10.5" wheel is too wide for a 275?
@@Neomustangs hmm.. ok. The listing for the tires said they can be used on rims up to 11", so I thought this would be an ok setup. Maybe I'll need to sell the 275s and go with something wider...
Great demonstration and explanation. Love how it looks. Unfortunately mine has cobra saw blades and I don’t want to buy more rims but I’m not into the saw blades anymore
I've been running a 17x10.5 wheel with 315s on my 93 coupe for years now. Is the space a personal preference? I did need spacers with either drums or the Cobra disc conversion.
Danny boy. Great work I bought a 18 inch Saleen 265 35z 95w and I'm wondering what problems I'll have in the front on my 90GT. AND do I still need rear spacers. Thks
What's up man .love your video I was hoping u could help me out. I just bought some custom wheels for my foxbody. The centerbore on the front wheel are 63.4 and I can't get the to go on the hub any advice? Do ou kno if that's the correct hub size on the front it's a 1989 mustang gt 4 lug stock break system. Thank in advance
I love how you laugh at your brake set-up after saying you went 9's on a front stock brakes..🤯 Being on the edge of death was always a fun feature of driving a foxbody back in the day.
Great video bro. My question is, do you plan on doing a disc brake set up with the c-clip eliminators, if so cause i need to do mines. My setup is like yours except i have 4lugs 5/8 studs.
@@Neomustangs I was wondering if the Caddy Brembo brakes would work with these wheels. Have you verified fitment yet? I love the way these wheels look.
Good video as usual. I just swapped to a 355 gear in my car and now I’ve got a vibration from about 60+.. is this something that is common or have you heard of it happening??
They are tight. Could the driveshaft be clocked wrong? Like not put back in the exact same spot that it was.. would that make a difference? From 0-50 there is no vibration at all. It’s just speed oriented At 60 and above..
@@landan_melton possible, check balanci g on all wheels...had same issue at same mph....And corrected after of set wheel balance. Hey Ya Never know and it's a cheap correction.
@@samuelmariscal4556 pretty sure sn is 3/4” wider each side. Due to ring. I’m running 1/4” spacers on one side. 1/2” on other. So that would actually move my wheel out further than it already is no spacers on sn95 axle ……
