I gave my daughter her Citeznship a week ago and honestly I had everything to prove that I lived all my life in the US and the Officer just simply asked me if I had lived all my life in the us and if I went to elementary middle and highscool and I said yes. He didn’t ask for any proof of anything at all no W2s NOTHING and she got approved. It could be different it all depends on the Officer you get. Honestly it was actually really easy and I’m grateful that it went that smooth.
@@lunamartinez1800 my wife had her visa appointment in Juarez. We took the advantage of being in Juarez to ask at the Consulate of what I needed so I could give my daughter her citizenship. They gave me a QR code and I just followed some simple steps it gave me. Honestly I thought the appointment was going to be like in a month or so I didn’t really had any faith of them giving me an appointment soon since I only had 1 week in Juarez and didn’t want to return at all. Luckily they gave me an appointment at 8 am on a Friday which was my last day in Juarez. I don’t know if it was luck or something but I really didn’t expect for an appointment that soon. Luckily I had all my documents needed for the CRBA everything went smooth and it was easier then what I expected.
@@lunamartinez1800 I was about to start a process with an Immigration attorney. They had told me that the process was going to take 2 months and it was going to cost me more money. I left them on hold as my second option since we were going to Juarez in a couple of days. The process for the CRBA in Juarez took me a little over then an hour and it only cost me 100 dollars. Of course if you ask for the passport it a little more then 100.

@@gissellelopez1655 I go the citizenship paper from my local REGISTRO CIVIL office, they are the one that give you that paper and they requiered my ID, papers from the hospital he was born, and 2 mexican witnesses. Im a MX citizen as well so i didnr have any issues at all

I got a different situation, my isnt an emergency like yours. So you dont know if they will give me the passport for my babys on the same day right after the appointment. 😢 I dint know how long i have to wait by the consulate to receive the package 📦.

Does this mean I need show proof of school record transcripts two years after the age of 14, i didn't study here in the us? @@gissellelopez1655 go to another registro civil. They do that because they want to force you to get your mexican nacionality. Anyways you will need your birth certificate with an apotille and a translation from a certified perito traductor.

Solo llene la aplicación, pague los $100 y alas 72 horas te mandan la cita pero si no te mandan nada solo manda un correo electrónico de tu número de confirmación que te dan de la aplicación y ya te mandan la cita y la puedes cambiar también.

Hey there did you ever get an appointment. My daughter is due come July of 2023 and my wife’s green card appointment will be hopefully by December of 23. Her greencard is the conditional one where she has to enter the US within 90 days or else we just lost so many months of waiting. I’m trying to figure out what Consulate or embassy has the shortest time so I can have both my wife and my baby stateside by then. There’s so little info online, on blogs or even this video. I just want my family here with me in the states.
