Requirements:
*CRBA Application Form
*Personal Appearance of the Applicant
*Non Refundable Fee $100(P5,000 pesos)
*Courier Delivery Fee ( made during the appointment )
*2x2 inch photos of applicant and parents (3pcs. each)
*CRBA Form (DS-2029) Fill out form but DO NOT SIGN
* PSA Birth Certificate of the child
*Evidence of US Citizenship of the parent (he/she must a US Citizen at the time of the child’s birth)
*Evidence of ID for non US Citizen parent (Filipinos)
*Evidence of Physical presence in the United States/residence
*Marriage Certificate ( if applicable)
* Divorce & Annulment Decrees/ Death Certificate (if applicable)
*Evidence of legitimation ( parents aren’t married)
*Evidence of parents location at time of conception
*Evidence of mother’s pregnancy
*Evidence of Parents Relationship before pregnancy

Hello po thank you for the informative video. I’m planning to process CRBA for my baby soon after giving birth, i wanted to ask sana before mailing it to the US Embassy Manila with all photocopies and forms, do we need to include the evidence of the pregnancy and all the pictures evidence ng relationship as well sa mail? Hello Zy! Thank you so much for the informative CRBA info and advice. I'm in the process myself with my fiancee in Indonesia. Very difficult to do with the global pandemic. Quick questions.. 1. Did your husband have to attend any of the appointments there in the Philippines, or was he able to fill out the forms for "Unable to attend"? 2. Did he copy the forms, fill out his part and mail/email to you to submit to the embassy, or did he submit them online himself? Salamat ma'am!!!

Hi Zy, nakuha ko na din finally yung passport nv baby ko. Thank you so much ulit. Nauna nasend yung passport ng baby ko, wala pa ung CrBA certificate. Hinahanap ba pagdating sa US ung certificate? Since my US passport naman sya.

Hello Zy, Salamat at nakita ko itong video mo. Subrang kinakabahan ako anlt subrang na streesed ako sa pag hands ng iba pang kulang na DOCUMENTS namin para sa CRBA. may CONCERN lang ako at hindi ko alam kung paano ko ito ihahanda. 1. EVIDENCE OF THENPARENTS PRESENCE IN THE SAME LOCATION AT THE TIME CONCEPTION. 2. EVIDENCE OF THE PARENTS RELATIONSHIP PRIOR TO THE DATE OF CONCEPTION.? Hindi ko alam kung meron ana ba ako nito . At naguguluhan ako kung pano ko ito I arrange as proof of EVIDENCE. 😔 Ngayon JULY 26 22 na Appointment namin SA US EMBASSY MANILA. at sa ngayon dito pa kami samin DAVAO CITY.

I have now the CRBA of my daughter waiting for her US passport nagkaroon lang Ng correction sa documents kaya na delay. Hi sis! Ask ako about sa CRBA application mo kay baby. May kulang din kasi kami na documents. Pero naisend na ng hubby ko yung mga kulang na papers last week. Jan.10 2022 nag apply kami at sabi naman ng consul eh approve daw yung CRBA ng baby ko so in 4-6weeks ma rreceive namin passport. It’s been 4 weeks wala pa din and kapag tintrack ko yung passport eh walang nag sshow na information.

Hello po, sa BI Main Office sa Manila po. Kung may hawak po syang PH passport I think Hindi nmn na po magbabayad. nung kumuha po ako last April ng Exit Permit dahil aalis na kmi ng bansa ang bnyaran ko Lang po sknya is 4K

Hello po, Kung May enough proof po na sya ay isa na pong Resident na ng America or green card holder, Madali nalang po. Follow nalang po nya ang instructions na nasa website ng US Embassy Ph for CRBA.May mga documents Lang din po sya na dapat iprint and ipanotarize , IDs narin and other documents much better if masend nya yung original kung kakayanin. after po nyan. Double check nya muna po lahat bago nya isend sa inyo

I'm sure you have some good information but I could not understand once your started speaking Tagalog. I thought the embassy was closed for interviews. Are they interviewing just the mother if the father is out of country?

Hello, they’re still accepting applicants. My husband isn’t in the Philippines before when we applied for our sons CRBA and Passport. The Embassy will interview the mother and the child’s appearance is a must

Hi sis, ask ko lang, kasi mag apply sana ako for my baby girl's dual citizenship, she is 1and half years old, pero ang hirap kumuha ng appointment online, she's born her in Manila, her father is American, hindi ko na alam pano, kasi nag walk in ako pero binigyan lang ako ng email add para mag appointment, kaso wala pa daw ngaun, so pano ginawa mo, since my partner also same yours, nagwowork sya at di makakauwi. Pictures po together with your spouse, Kung kasal kayo marriage certificate din po. By mail po any courier po inaaccept nila. Kung may birth certificate po kayo ni baby nyo release by PSA pwede na po kayo mag-apply

1-2weeks po maximum nila na maissend po yung us passport, once na nareceive nyo pare has book na kayo then pnta po kayo sa BI Main offfice para kumuha ng exit permit

what to do if my brother died? my niece needs her SSI Survivor benefits. we just saved DNA Samples before he was Cremated In Metro Manila.

Does your niece got her crba certificate and have a passport already? If that’s the case it easy to file for SS Number because she’s a citizen already just need to show the death certificate and other documents of his father (your brother) First, you need to apply for Consular Report Death of Abroad because your brother died in the Philippines, you can check that on US Embassy website. That’s the proof that your brother was died in PH and that’s a proof also that you can show in the US Embassy when you apply for your niece CRBA and Passport. Just send that documents to the US Embassy in Manila, if they’re still living there. The Embassy will gonna ask some supporting documents, even the dna sample of your brother. They have email address and contact numbers too, just contact them they will response right away for other questions you have

@@ZyMondz just on may4th ma'am he's cremated. He never got the crba started. Gcq and his heart condition was to difficult. My neice is 2yrs old. He never married before his passport expired. It's seems to be a difficult mess.

Sir, On your niece birth certificate does your brothers name was written there as her father and if she uses your brothers surname? That would be a proof also that she’s a legitimate child. I heard a same case before, what the embassy did they get a dna sample to the closest relative of the applicants and if it matches and that relative will accept the applicants as his/her possible relative then the Embassy won’t have any problem with that. As long as someone for example like you Sir, will accept your niece as your lawfully relative and can give a proof then they will give a citizenship to that person

When you apply for your niece application in behalf or your brother, just send a copy of your documents too, and your brother if you have ,just to prove the US Embassy PH that your niece is legitimate child of your brother. Even if you miss some documents, they will still schedule an appearance to your brothers wife, and tell what documents they’ll be needing.you have 3 months to fully comply everything, they will request a dna too if needed

Once you have all the require documents applying for crba and passport, send that to your brothers wife in the PH. She will send it to the US Embassy in Manila via LBC or DHL. Maximum of 10days you/she will receive a schedule appearance. Just bring all the original documents on the day of the appearance

Yes po, need po ng authorization from the parents allowing na kayo ang mag-aayos at magprocess sa application ng bata

Ask ko lang po ulit kung saan po nagpa-notary sa US yung asawa niyo, yung need po mapanotarize na DS5057 tsaka DS3053 at yung LOA po? Paki-sagot po. Samalat.

Ask ko lng po. Medyo iba po ung situation ko . Gusto ko po mag apply ng CRBA para sa anak ko. Nag visit po ako jan sa Pinas 2004, I gave birth to my son June 2006. US citizen po ako since 2001. Wala po sa picture ung ama ng anak ko. Conceived through rape po sya kaya wala po ama nakalagay sa birth certificate nya jan sa Pinas ako lng po. Wala po ako record sa kahit ano na pinagbuntis ko po sya sa bahay po ako nag deliver at wala din po checkup. Meron lang po ako pictures naming mag Ina baby bago po sya mag 1 year old. At Kung ma approve man po sya ng CRBA at passport ano na po next step para makapunta po sya d2 sa US. Klngan pa ba ng medical exam, or plane ticket na po?
