Hello sis!!new subscriber here.. thank you for sharing this helpful information!! Laking tulong to para sa lahat ng may mga asawang foreigners like me.watching from bukidnon!!
Hi Sis watching ur vlog😊 I wanna ask these sna masagot agad kc mg-start n din po kmi apply of Crba for our son😍 1. saan ipapasa itong mga requirements of application For CRBA And Xerox copy lng b ang isend? 2.May bayad b ang application kapag ipadala ito s knila And iba din b ang bayad s CRBA during interview n $100?
Hello there …thanks for watching our video…ato answer your questions, first is you must have to set an appointment in which you will choose kung sa Cebu or Manila . Pag May appointment kana, that’s the time you will pay $100. Kung saan ka nag pa book ng appointment, dun ka pupunta personally with your husband and your child. Bring all the original documents as well as the xerox copy. And sissy ko,there’s no other charges na only that $100.. Good luck po and God Bless!
hi i have applied for my baby pasport too so my question is how i could know that pasport is ready to pick up in US embessy do they send email or they call us to pick up pasport from embessy
May I ask if you mailed it to them ? And what carrier did you used ? Cause if you mailed it to them, they will mail it back to you. And by tracking it, you can track it from the receipt they gave you.
So i can change it now. Please po pakisagot 🙏
Hello thanks for subscribing. Actually I really don’t know cause I never heard that problem yet. And I can’t answer it cause I don’t want to give a wrong information. But my advice is to call the U.S embassy about this matter. If you don’t know their number, it’s in the description below or go to their website. Thank you so much and God Bless
Are you applying? Well I’ve been through that. Other documents are hard to upload. But what I did was call the U.S. embassy and told them that I’m applying and they just give me instructions on what to do.
@@johnpauldeguzman193 about that po,hindi ko po kasi na try… But other applicants who sent documents and kung may kulang man or any problem, the US Embassy will contact you if ever. So just try that and send it to them.
Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applications require an appointment. To request an appointment, follow the instructions on our website: ph.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/child-family- matters/birth/first-time-report-birth-abroad/ .
Hello, ask ko lang po if the US citizen father ay living here in the Philippines since he was 7 years old and hindi na nakabalik ng US after that. Last year lang na-renew ang US passport nya after 2 decades. Eligible pa din kaya si baby to apply for CRBA?
May I know how old is the child today? How old is the father today? Your saying 2 decades thats 20 years,so how come he is here ?Anyways pls message me personally in Fb: facebook.com/chrisdyn.haile?mibextid=ibOpuV
Dear Sir/Madam, I appreciate the guidance you are giving. My question is as follows: My brother is a US Citizen and lives there. He is a petitioner for his wife's I-130 petition. His wife’s I-130 petition in which he mentioned her pregnancy with their first baby in her I-130A form by attaching evidence of her pregnancy was approved by USCIS while she was pregnant. The NVC has sent him a Notice regarding her Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified and now while she is waiting for her interview date the baby is born. Her immigrant visa interview at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas is not scheduled yet. It means his wife's case has not yet passed to the councilor's office/embassy. Do we have to proceed with the process starting with creating a MyTravelGov account or do we have to first wait for the interview date to be scheduled?
YES : 1)The baby is born in Philippines get a Philippines passport right away this should take about a month ( mother can do this on her own , my wife did and i was in states) if your brother is in PH better yet. 2) Complete the e-CRBA travel.gov steps 5 total 3) read the information needed for baby's passport this process will take sometime. We have been going at it since September and we got notification today march 7th 2024 that our phone call will be mid may so we have a ways to go yet. The process is a little frustrating but we may have made a mistake costing us time by canceling our original appointment back in sept even after we paid it was still Feb. 8th when we finally got an appointment. here is the site link (ph.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizenship/) Once you have created the MY TRAVEL GOV Paragraph (2) has a CHECKLIST LINK this will give you all the information needed to complete the steps ( pictures. supporting documents. doctors the ultra sound, DIVORCE DECREES ARE NEEDED ETC.) if your bro has married in the Philippines then he probably has them. They will be notified by email and he must watch for it to remove any delays, pay the fee and set an appointment right away ( DO NOT CANCEL FOR ANY REASON) this will take long enough the wife should be getting over her wait time around the same time. good luck to your brother and his wife if you have any issues message back ill see if i can help further thanks
@@chinneysvlog My brother was married to an Ethiopian girl to whom he already started her IR1 visa. She is waiting for her interview for this IR1 visa. While she waits for her interview, her first baby is born. I have been researching if CRBA and Baby’s first passport would be after we knew the mother’s interview date and came up with your video specific to the Philippines. I thought it would also be similar to the US Embassy in Ethiopia for the most part. I search if I can get a specific one. I learned a lot from your video. From your reply, the case of his wife is one case on its own and her baby is another one. They are independent. So we start the process for the baby independently. Thank you very much!
Hello, I am Not sure if the laws or rules in Ethiopia only the Philippines but the my travel gov site might have information for that country Hope you can figure things out and I will read about it this weekend see if I can find out more..
Hi po…paper based po kami…we are just lucky that we don’t need to fly to Manila or Cebu cause the U.S. Embassy came here in our place and that was last February.
If your husband is a usa citizen then your child is eligible for the CRBA - meaning the child will be approved for a usa passport - your husband needs his passport birth certificate and all divorce decrees for any past marriages - the mother will need passport as her valid ID and birth certificate and etc. Just check in our previous video for more details.
@@briananddianne if si Mr ay permanent resident here in Philippines,it will still continue po and it stops when the child is under age pa.. And usually under mother’s name po ang ginagamit kasi under po cya ng bata.
