Hell yeah this just popped up on my feed good to see your still killing it man you were one of the original people that motivated me to get into fitness with one of your body building videos years ago. I wish you luck going for Mr. Olympia👍🏻
Heck yeah! I enjoy the day in the life of Sadik videos! It keeps it interesting for sure, as a dad it helps give me motivation seeing you as a dad! Keep up the hard work bro! Looking Swole! These videos help get me through my treadmill sessions! Haha
That’s great to see you back. You have been a great inspiration for me and I really hope you win the Mr. ⭕️. You are the best and I am rooting for you. Thank you for the tips throughout the video. That think you said of decreasing the protein and increasing the carbs and fat for the bulking process is fantastic. I will definitely try that since I am in bulking until June and hope gain 20 pounds
Also remember all the negatives he mentioned in the beginning or previous videos. He has a whole set up with his loved ones to support him. Cheers brother
pump is just blood flow, that can be achieved naturally , muscle gains probably not to that degree. gear only makes sense if your goal is some social media following or doing this professionally. and don't forget 90%+ of people don't even have premium genetics for this. so its really a choice between living longer , or having attention from males
So right after the gym you drink a gatorade then wait a bit then drink a protein shake ? Or both drinks right away or protein firstmthen wait a few min then Gatorade? Thanks, Scott from Ontario.
Doesn't really matter as long as you get both in you in a relatively close time frame so the carbs can complement the digestion of protein. You're looking for an answer to a question that you dont really know WHY you're asking. That's why understanding the fundamentals of any idea is so important. Look into how carbs and protein work in the body and you'll know why you're asking that, and the answer
Bro okay so , when is it ok for us to drink a Gatorade ? How activity do we need a day. I’m doing right now a shredding fase, morning cardio 30-25mins. With weights. Then later in the day weights again and 30-25min cardio again.
As a father of two, I'd be remiss if i didn't say this is awesome from the dad perspective. But i lol'd when he said, this was a serious workout (about the Gatorade). Hell, for the longest time, i wondered about the "carb drink" post-workout I'd see on these old school bb guys meal plans (like Dorian), only to find out it was just water with a scoop of sugar... 😄
@@krane15 nobody can build 30 pounds of muscle in 3 months naturally no matter how hard you train and how on point your diet is that’s why the “super supplements “ will help with
@@lukebrown8580 He didn't say he didn't work hard, or consume the proper amounts of food. He simply said that "gear helped". An experienced lifter or anyone for that matter, is not going to put on 10lbs a month with just food and working out.
When it comes to food obsession, it’s just a logical and reasonable consequence of the fact that 80% of what you find in grocery stores today came from a chemical lab and not from a farm. Bread, pizza, cheeseburgers, etc.; all those foods can be good or bad depending on what you put in them and how you prepare them. Also remember this: Calories determine how big your body is. Macronutrients determine how it looks. Micronutrients determine how it performs. You can be lean and full of energy and feel good, you can be huge and constantly tired and feel like shit, you can have 5% body fat and die of a heart attack in your 50s… I don’t want to come across like I’m lecturing an IFBB pro, but also most people reading this are not IFBB pros preparing for Mr. Olympia and therefore would be better off focusing on their overall health rather than just on the next workout.
@@Jp-px4cc You should really read the New England study on steriods. 50 people who took 600mg of test and DIDNT workout gained on average 7lbs of muscle in 20 weeks. So yeah, the gear does most of the work.
