I do the grocery shopping in my house and I know darn well that the total from that whole foods receipt has got to be around $150 or more. I buy select items from Whole Foods, but I buy most of my meats from Walmart or Publix for half the price in most cases. Enjoying the videos Sadik! Keep it up

My wife and I have had 3 kids the last 3 years. I tried drinking breast milk once and it didn't sit well. I can confirm it is specifically for the babies only.

Do you ever get tired of eating?I'm Im on a weight loss journey and because my food is low in calories seems like you have to eat more of it and I'm intermittent fasting so squeezing 1800 calories into a 8 hour window is exhausting...

Breastmilk is for babies, that is wrong. I am a pediatrician. The amount and the nutrients in breastmilk is designed for the babies age. Not for an adult. You shouldn't drink and promote it
