And I guess more specifically do you have one landing page with 2000 different google ads that point to it or do you actually have 2000 different landing pages?

I do indeed have about 2300 landing pages. I'm running a dynamic keyword search ad that will automatically generate an ad based on what the user is searching for, then point them to the corresponding landing page. I hope that helps!!

Hi! You can use Real Geeks!! I used them for about 2 years with great results. Create community pages for every community in the areas you want to target. Make sure your site structure makes sense before you go and create 2000 pages lol... You can use my website as an example: KennethJamesRealty.com Think macro to micro... City > Area > Master Planned Community > Subdivision Hope that helps :)

@@KarlFreundBroker Thanks for getting back to me Karl! I checked out your page, nice work! That makes sense, you created a series of landing pages within your main website. From primary city, to individual neighborhoods within each city. You ran ads to these pages as opposed to a general search to boost conversions. At first I thought you created a new domain for each subdivision lol. How would you recommend distributing ad spend using this method? I'd imagine the upfront cost is pretty high running ads to so many pages at once.

@@15nate You can run dynamic ads on Google (or Bing's) ad network using your sitemap. They will then run ads against each landing page you have when someone searches for the long tail keywords. I can do a video on how to set that up soon!
