How I Got the Yakuza 4 Platinum 

Watching this made me realise how big Yakuza 4 actually is. I finished the game with only 82 hours and only compiled about 25%

I was just watching your Yakuza 3 video and saw you had uploaded this. I'm currently playing Kiwami for the first time with the intention of Platinum'ing it after getting seriously burned out by 0, and your videos are a great reference point.

Heya just a Tip for anyone going for the Platinum. For legend difficulty you dont need the Golden Gun. The sacred tree armor works perfectly too and you just need it for Saejimas Part and for the Final with Tanimura. When those two have the Armour Legendary is a Cakewalk even without the golden gun. Remember to save as often as you can just in case :D and sorry for my bad english not a native speaker^^

Excellent work, I'm also on a platinum journey with the Yakuza series. Already have the platinum for Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise, and have only the Legend mode trophy left for Yakuza 0, Kiwami 1, 2, and Yakuza 3 remastered. So about that Indomitable trophy, you have to play it on Normal to get it, you can't get it by playing on Hard Mode? That's some Kingdom Hearts 1.5 & 2.5 PS3 Bs right there.

After watching your yakuza 3 platinum video I got motivated to go for the platinum in 0, kiwami, kiwami 2, 3, and 5 for the final 100% on all yakuza games. And since i’ve recently got the plat for the 5th game (probably the most stressful out of all for me) I have grown a great love for all these games and it felt satisfying to 100% all the main games in the series so thanks for these videos as I probably wouldn’t have ever started this amazing journey through the series.

Beating the Hard and Expert opponent in pool was the only thing left for me to do to get the platinum trophy for Yakuza 3, but after hours of trying I just couldn't bother anymore and moved on. Sad to hear it's still broken but thank goodness the trophies don't require you to beat every opponent or scores this time around!

That pachinko minigame seems really tedious, thankfully, It is completely removed from the pc version LOL

This one is honestly pretty easy all things considered, got it the quickest compared to the other games

You can transfer the golden gun to all characters provided you remember to store it in the inventory before ending the respective character arc. At least I recall doing that. I had to play through this one four times and the fourth playthrough is because I deleted my system data by mistake like a moron.

That's actually my first platinum trophy! The most tedious part was completing the game 3 times AS SAEJIMA specifically. You have to go around city and run from cops if you don't want to get caught and revert to your last save. Mahjong... turned out to be a nightmare at first. I spent like 4 hours trying to get 7 pairs. Learned how to play in the process. It was a huge help in Yakuza 3, which I platinumed next. Ultimate matches were almost a joke, there were a couple of gamemodes like a boat chase that gave me a headscratch, but you can just spam your pistol and it was enough for me. Another one was with 2 dudes in sewers where you have some kind of hammer and a spear. Turned out the spear is the great marlin that deals more damage the less health you have. Easy. Boss rush isn't even half-hard. About 100 knocked down pedestrians - just try to hit MALES from the back ON THE DEAD CENTER. Makes it much faster. Break 100 weapons as Kiryu - go to the Theater square and you will find a box with infinite bottles on the east side that are broken in a single hit. Easy achievement. 10 million achievement is dead easy since you can just play roulette with a couple of zero jewels and then exchange your chips for platinum dishes that cost 150K each. Hostess maker is bad. Better than in Yakuza 3 training-wise, but worse about pretty much everything else. This gamemode has one of the missable achievements - Fashionista. You have to buy at least 1 variation of 23 different types of outfits. I had no problems with it, just follow CyricZ guide, since the game is boring and time-consuming. 4 Amons... weren't a big deal since I just stormed through them (give Tanimura the sacred tree set to ignore bullets, the most helpful armor for him). Kokurenkai for Saejima since his boss hits like a truck and not giving a shit about it half the time is great. Kiryu's and Akiyama's Amons are just a joke. About Casino achievement! Yeah, it's better do it as Tanimura PLUS in Purgatory, since one of the games has low and high stakes and sometimes, if you did all the casino games in Dragon Palace - it can just ignore that you played on both low and high stakes since it was the same table, so I again recommend to go to Purgatory. I can't think of anything more to advice, it's pretty much obvious for the most part.

I wish you got a trophy for executing all heat actions instead of just unlocking them. Feels like it would be much more fulfilling

the only one i couldn't finish on my ps4 was yakuza 3. Golfclub and bowling is somehow difficult for me and I'm still stuck at 98%
