It’s different for everyone been at the gym for 2 years and my arms have blown up because I do so much tricep and bicep work throughout my workouts yet never feel absurdly sore most rest I’ve given my arms is a leg day
i have one year of gym, and i begin to recover rapidly, you dont need juice for that, and even if i sleep at 1-2 clock at night, i wake up at 9-30 or 10 morning and i barely have soreness the next day or in 2 days since that workout, some of us does recover very fast without roids or suplements, all this dimwits claiming his juicing when it is possible he never did, this is a result of many years in the gym ( he also said it ) , many years that some of us never had , years of gym does matter and its a big factor
@@earlcoles5215not mad , i can, especially when il have 5-15 years of gym and some strongmen training , but definition is not really the thing im after, only some mass here and there
So much d¡,ck measuring due to lack thereof.......... most of y'all half-a$$ everything in life, pu$$ies think just because their limits are so meager, everybody else is also limited the same........
A lot of people don’t have an arm day. They just train everything else and do a couple sets of bis or tris durning back or chest day. I like to do a glamor day where arms, shoulders, and abs are blasted on their own day.
I mean, he’s right. Once you have big enough legs you could stop training legs twice a week and replace one of those days as an arm day, that’s what I’m doing and my legs are 26 inches
@@georgesmith1011 I don't get this reference but I'm pretty sure you're making a joke. Since I've heard doing squats will grow biceps more than bicep curls.
@@jakeramos7399 he's deceiving his audience, if you think you can have 20+ inch arms as a natural without being close to 20+ body fat your delusional.
@@SeanStaxxMusicIt's true a natty won't recover as fast but I don't think that was his point. I think his point is that the biceps in general tend to recover quicker than other muscles in the body and therefore can handle more volume.
@@antichrist.superstaryou're dumb. Prioritizing arms on their own day, loading weight heavier and treating them like real exercises, doing partials/drop sets, work no matter what. Weirdo
The only indication that he might be on juice is the size of his arms, the rest is easily achievable in a few years for most people. Besides, he doesn’t show any of the side effects that steroid-users often do. I think he is natty.
What does that have to do with anything? U no if there was such thing as a magic drug everyone would be walking around fit n ripped n not just like 5% of people.....
@@ty-nt8fz I get so tired of this kind of sh$t' "He's on juice, on gear". That is their way to feel good about having a beer gut or being a couch potato
@@shellytanneri mean i’m fit but i dont want huge ass muscles that look like they about to explode, it just does not look good or appealing at all and steroids got very serious health risks
@@TheGodLycan you know that isn’t even always true not every athlete needs to be a 300 pound bodybuilder proportion wise. NFL players can squat insane amounts and it not look it but would you call their legs small? Just because maybe from a certain angle you can’t tell how big their legs are? What if a person has long femurs? I mean I’m not saying chicken legs hooray! But cmon
As long as you can squat a few plates for reps...who gives a F about legs. That's why the 60s and 70s bodybuilders looked aesthetic as F, their legs weren't the size of tree trunks.
I can totally understand bro the same way I used to do arm workout every day in my teenage my forearm got bigger and my gyno same as you. bros for life 🤛🏻🤛🏻
I agree going heavy and having a separate arm day hitting twice a week have blown my arms. This year they were around 15 inches , now they are 17 inches.
Idk if this dude takes steroids or not, but imagine how much of a compliment it would be to see everyone thinking you juiced bc of how ripped you managed to get naturally.
Ahh yes, the dude that’ll simp for anything. Why don’t you show us the proof as to why you say he is natural, and we’ll stick with the on screen proof that he isn’t……😊
@@ElendilSociety The very first thing I said was that I don’t know if he is natural or takes steroids, and then I followed it up with a hypothetical. I’d suggest putting down the weights for a day and picking up a book because your reading comprehension skills could use some work.😁
Your arms are your best body part not because of the way you train them but of genetics.. some people respond better to volume than they do to heavy sets. I would say to try both philosophies and see what works best for you.
What I find most interesting is that all people who have developed an impressive physique share what works for them, but the strategy is never the same. Some elite bodybuilders, praise, high reps, while others praise going heavy, training once per week, training 2-3x per week, etc. It really just comes down to consistency, progressive overload, adequate rest and adequate nutrition. I’ve been training for 22 years, name it, I’ve done it. At 5’9”, consuming 6000 cal per day, I could never break 185 pounds without gear. It’s consistent hard work and genetics. Period!
amen bro. People are always looking for some magic workout plan etc. etc. I wasted so much time in my teens and even my 20s trying to find the best method and such, buying the latest supplement from GNC etc.
Maybe it is genetics or maybe you just don’t train as hard and consistently as you think. I believe what he’s done is achievable without steroids or impeccable genetics. A lot of people underestimate what can be done through consistency
@mrcrapimdead Most people don't have the best genetics at the moment . Coupled with terrible diet. There are some genetic freaks I've seen who train and in 6 months can undergo a substantial transformation naturally. The gains slow down drastically after that but I've seen some decent natural transformations. Problem is they look small on camera 😂
@@llewellynjameskinnaird2741 I agree. Genetics always plays a part, no doubt. I just disagree with the people who are so adamant that this guy isn’t natty, as though it’s complete impossible.
You can absolutely track growth. Arm day for me is 3 different types of curls and extensions 1 set to absolute failure every week. When you can rep that weight 10 times, go up 5lbs. You should see a 10% increase in all lifts in reps at a minimum provided you give yourself enough rest between workouts. I do chest and back, legs and arms with upper and lower abs mixed in those two workouts each week. In 10 months I've increased about 70lbs in working weight(not 1RM) pretty much across the board. I do all of this with no roids or GNC. 1 SET of each exercise to absolute failure, 3 days between workouts.
There have been studies that show you should use heavier weight and less reps when training biceps and a lighter weight with high reps when training triceps
it's odd because from his front double bicep they don't look that great, but in his other clips they look insane. I also find it hard to believe they are 20inches, but in some clips it almost looks possible.
@@seanfitznessI take your word for it that you’re natty but if you’re lying your scummy and should be ashamed of yourself. That would just be so pathetic though that I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.
@wookiewarrior he's not natural. It is scummy because lots of people will put the work in in the gym, but the work in with food, not get the results and get disheartened. Body building is very openly full of steroids, and I've way more respect for the guys that openly admit that they're on gear so people can set their expectations more realistically
@krisflynn9171 "the fact that something seems impossible shouldn't be a reason not to pursue it. That's exactly what makes it worth persuing" if your disheartened by it you have a weak mindset in the first place.
Your arms truly are a thing of beauty. The rest of you is very pleasing as well. Your hard work paid off in spades. Don’t forget to work on the inside of you as well. Our soul needs nourishing. don’t neglect that.
