yes we need to stay in touch I big chooped in September and I am having so many issues with my hair. dryness and flacky. ive used oils and so much stuff but my hair eats it up. I will try to keep at it. by keep puttingmore oils in it.

It's a common misconception but yes - if you think about it, water hydrates your body, so of course it also hydrates your hair. :)

I am new to all this. big chopped early Sept this year. its hard work but I find it fascinating learning about my hair and creating a regimen. i agree definately have to see it as a treat to myself and not in a rush or upset state otherwise I am ripping my hair out. Haha, this is proving to be a really popular question! I don't have a tutorial because I was simply wearing my 'fro, I was visiting Exchange Place which is in New Jersey, literally next to Manhattan, NYC. If you look closely you can see the Manhattan skyline in the background. It was a really windy day and I was taking about 50 selfies, as you do lol, and the wind blew my hair up and bam! That's how the picture got taken. 😊

This video was very informative. I have the same hair type as you and just made 2 years natural Aug 30th. I wash every 7 days, lol moisturize like crazy, and I do alot of twist styles and my hair is healthy and growing. And just like you said my hair won't see a brush or comb until wash day. #newsubbie
