Recipe Ingredients
- 6 oz - Snake River Farms - Halibut fillet
- Rufus Teague Fish Rub
Marinade
2 tablespoons White Wine
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Chopped Rosemary
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
Directions:
1 -Whisk together the wine, lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary and garlic in a Seal able container
2 -Add the halibut and turn to coat.
3 - Marinate in the refrigerator for 30-minutes.
4 - Rotate at the 30-minute mark and return to the refrigerator for 30-minutes.
4 - Preheat your charcoal grill creating a direct heat side and an indirect heat side.
5 - Remove fish from marinade and season with Rufus Teague Fish Rub to taste.
6 - Grill the Halibut Steak on the direct side for 1-minute.
7 - Rotate to the indirect side and continue to grill the Halibut for 2 minutes.
8 - Baste the Halibut with the marinade and continue to grill the Halibut for an additional 2 minutes on the indirect side until the Halibut is Flanky or to desired doneness.
