I’m doing what I can to get out of this mess now that I’m off of trying the antidepressants and getting back to normal. And I want this to be what I do. Full Time.
Thank you all for all of the support! I don't know what path I'd be on today without it.
If you'd like to support this journey even further, here are some direct links!
From now on (6/20/2024), donations and channel members will be featured in every video.
Just a small thank you and transparency. It's saved me countless times and I can't express how grateful I am for all of you!

I’m feeling way better now since stopping taking the meds. Finally back to normal. I’m not to where I need to be here yet, but I’m going to post more often until then. This is what I want to do, and am going to do it. But better content. Way better! I’ll keep you updated on the progress. Check out the video description for more info, including everything I used for this video, and ways to contribute if you’d like to. Thank you all for being here and have a great day!

I just started going car camping alone. Before I did it, I thought it might be a bit scary, but no. I actually enjoy it quite a bit. No cell reception and not a lot of people near where I stay usually. It feels very freeing.

dryer sheets, for anti-cling/static are very cheap and mosquitoes HATE the scent of them. I used spay adhesive to mount space blankets on the side windows. It looks just like tinting, but you can't see thru it at all. Front and rear reflective sunscreens give complete privacy in the mini-van. Pee jars, kitty litter-pan and plastic bags, handle wastes I never bothered with so much as a cooler. I covered everything with old $1 sheets from the thrift store.

Glad to hear the med withdrawal is coming to a end. Very nice set up with the fans ,screening and padding for your bed. The chair for sitting on is also very nice. Having screens is a must this time of the year, I could see the mosquitoes as you were showing us the bed set up. It is nice to see you feeling better and doing better. Having a place to sleep and wheels to get around makes for a simple carefree enjoyable kind of life 😊

Hospital surplus got a thin gel mattress; Army-Navy store I got a liner out of an old fatigue jacket (I use it for a blanket); and a foam pillow. Last week bought a air fryer since the oven hasn't worked where I stay since I been here. I can make fish sticks and fries. In a world where 25 bucks doesn't get you much, that's how I live at 66. Thunderstorm late last night blew the heat out; being thankful for small comforts.

I love how you're getting it all set up! A nice little nest that's safer and more substantial, and durable than a tent. There's even ways of heating yourself during the winter, like rechargeable electric blankets and such. A lot of people have turned to car, van, and truck camper living, to save money, because rent is so high. Some even cook in their cars, and remove the back seats to make a bed, storage area, lap table, a small bucket porta potty, and cook area, and bowl sinks for hands and dishwashing, by just using the extra large salad bowls and water containers, along with body wipes for simple body and hair washing. There's so much you can do, even with a car. Just be careful where you park with the windows down, for safety. But I'm so happy to see what you're doing to make a nice, comfy, safe, tiny home for yourself. 🙂🙏🏼♥️

There are many great ideas being suggested, mine is a cot tent and try wv delinquent property tax sales for obtaining property by paying the property taxes , plus some fees and waiting a time period for redemption from the owners, if they want it back, if not you will obtain a deed for the property (check with local courthouse for date of sale and list of properties).

Might be best to camp out in a tent nearby your car for more comfort when you can. When in your car Blackout curtains are cheap and work very well. eye covers that are contoured to your face also help so that you're not using T-shirts. Earplugs and noise canceling headphones are good too. The background noise from fans obviously helps Cover over changing sounds from the outside like birds or cars. A good nights sleep is definitely the most important thing. u still look pretty tired. I don't like medication but I have used Tylenol p.m. and melatonin when I was really sleep deprived. The tent idea Will probably be the most comfortable, and give you peace of mind, since you won't be in a parking lot. With enough gear upgrades, I'm sure the set up and breakdown process of camp could be done fairly quickly every day. I'm on food stamps right now. See if you can get on that in your area. It really helps make ends meet day to day.

staying in one town is much cheaper than constantly traveling, Use a bicycle to get around. A van has much more room in it for your stuff and you can stretch a net hammock in it (catty corner) Move with the birds, to avoid cold and heat. Food is free for the asking at churches and the SA mission. Clean up at the $10 per month Planet Fitness 24-7 gym. I lived like that for 3 years straight, on the $80 per week sales of my plasma. I used a college loan to buy the van. The's no interest on half time student loans, as long as you're in college at least half time. The payment on 3k is $30 per month. You can make $50 per hour, 1 hour per week, selling your plasma. The second 'donation" of blood per week pays only $30 and you spend 4 hours per week waiting instead of 1 hour. When you only donate once per week, you can call ahead and go to the plasma place when there's no waiting line

I have a hyundai elantra and I lay my back seats flat so the trunk is open to the interior of the car. I then put my blankets and pillows on that to make a bed. I put my lower body in the trunk and have my upper body up towards the back of the front seats. It gives me full body room so I can stretch and roll over while I sleep. I like your screen window idea. I'll have to try that as I don't like mosquito bites or gnats. I hope you have a good day. Take care and see you next time.

Rob, love it. I sleep in my minivan a couple nights every week for work. A few ideas: * If the window screen Velcro ever fails, use magnets. * Stretch out your legs: Drop the rear seat backs, push the passenger seat forward, lay down a piece of plywood (hinges to fold it/keep it shorter), stick your legs into the trunk, and boom you've got a longer bed platform to sleep on. Air mattress on top keeps it cheap, but have two mattresses and two air pumps in case one fails. I also put a cheap open-cell foam mattress on top of that. The combo is very comfortable; I swear I get better sleep on the road than at home. * Idling an engine for long periods is hard on the engine. Get a battery for the fan, recharge while the engine is running driving places, or when you're at the library or whatever. A cheap solar panel also works. * Side window deflectors/vent visors let you crack the windows two inches without letting rain in. * Get a carbon monoxide detector. Please. They're cheap insurance. Exhaust leaks do happen, and people do die. The previously-mentioned vent visors also help get fresh air. I use vent visors even when I run the air conditioner, because of the risk. * Consider selling that car for a 2004 Prius or newer. You can run the AC without starting the car; It runs off battery and when the battery gets low, it automagically starts the engine to recharge. Costs like $3 in gas per night with full air conditioning. On top of that, they're extremely reliable (top 10 most reliable of all time), excellent MPG, more room in the rear, can install an inverter on the 12V battery to make it a generator for a microwave/laptop/etc., and they're no longer very expensive; I frequently see them under $5k with less than 150k miles, and it's not unusual to see them under 100k miles at that price. They often keep going after 300k miles. Looks like your car is a late-model Nissan so you would _make_ money selling that for a 2004-2009 Prius, and still have money left over for any repairs/maintenance/upgrades. Don't be afraid if it has an old traction battery; If it fails, swapping that is a DIY weekend project for about $1500 then you get many miles of service after that. Do get a catalytic converter guard for ~$300; Those models are high targets for cat theft. Since you're mobile, it's no problem to drive anywhere in the nation to pick up a good used Prius, so you can look all over the nation on CraigsList and Facebook Marketplace. Happy trails!

Good tips! I lived in my car for awhile but built out a van about a year ago. Still fine tuning all the time.

I purchased some screens that pull over the door frames for the windows of the car. If I remember correctly they cost $20. for 2 windows. It was Amazon. I also cover my windshield and rear windows with aluminum foil insulation. You can spray paint one side black. That way it's not as noticable from the outside. Good luck and stay safe.

Well since you’re on RU-vid, you should record that and upload it! Anyone living like that, and not in a third world country, is intentionally doing it.
