The easiest thing to lose weight is to first look at your diet. Best advice I could give anybody is to spend a Sunday meal prepping for at least three days for the coming week with chicken, rice, and a veg, or meat, rice, and a veg, or fish, rice, and veg. And get boiled eggs and boil a whole box and have them sitting in the fridge. The worst thing is when you are hungry and you don’t have anything prepped or cooked and you just grab anything you can find which isn’t always the best food. That way if you have a meal prep sitting in the fridge waiting, you can just grab that and eat it. Another thing I have incorporated into my healthy lifestyle is making sure my water bottle is continuously, full and buying protein cereal, for those days when I’m craving something sweet it has zero sugar, high protein, and high fiber. Then I use oat milk instead of any regular milk that always has a lot of sugar in it. I always have at least three kinds of fruits in my refrigerator to add to my cereal or to snack on throughout the day. The other option is to find protein bars they have very low sugar and high protein and have some at your house, and in your car, as that’s when you always tend to get picky or hungry and instead of stopping at a drive-through, you can just grab the snack in your car. I have also bought mixed nuts that are high in fiber and protein, but you need to make sure that they do not have added salt. I have a box in my kitchen for snacking, and I have a small lunchbox in my car for when I get picky. i’m also someone that loves soda and craves that fizziness, so what I have done is bought sparkling waters, which have zero sugars in them, and I have bought the squeezy vitamin drops that you can find at Safeway, Amazon, smart, and final. The vitamin drops add the flavor and vitamins to your drink, but the sparkling water makes you feel like you are having a soda and that has helped my craving out so much. For coffee I cannot cut this out of my diet so we have coffee with powdered creamer, this powdered creamer is a health one and has zero sugar to it, but has a tiny bit of sweetness and it took me about two weeks to get used to it just forcing it every morning and now I can’t live without it. some people even just plain dark black coffee which is OK to do as well since there is no calories or sugars in coffee. Another thing in regards to something sweet or breakfast. It’s really good to get plain Greek yogurt and buy raw organic honey from a local person not from the store as those are just full of sugar and water down and then I add sometimes my protein cereal, which comes in different flavors and shapes to choose from And I add one of my fruits that I have in the refrigerator like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. And lastly, a superfood that is so good for you is Chia seeds, I get a mason jar and I put a bit of Chia seeds in it and I put oat milk in it and then leave it in the refrigerator for an hour go back to it and shake it up so that the Chia seeds don’t get stuck at the bottom And then I will come back and do that for at least two hours and then it is ready to eat or you can leave it there for up to three days sealed. This is really good to have for breakfast, a snack or for a healthy dessert. You can also add fruit to this if you’re craving something really Sweet.

I’m not no alcoholic but I do like to have a drink when I go to dinners, parties, etc but I’m going to really try ..summer is coming 😭

I gave up alcohol for the whole 2024 year and for lent I gave up soda. For once in my life I am losing belly fat 😭🥹 it’s been hard with soda😭 i have not had the craving or desire for alcohol but SODA!!! The craving I fight is so real but the fact that I am seeing a change in my belly makes me want to keep it going 💪🏼

I stopped doing workouts and only run and I’ve been losing all the muscle I built myself over 3-4 years 🙁 I have been told I look skinnier but I still feel bigger than ever. I need to start being consistent again with my workouts while incorporating cardio bc I loveeeee it. Thank you for sharing 🫶🏽

Girrrl… I know exactly what you’re talking about! My husband would go to the restroom 2 to 3 times A DAY and I wasn’t able to go maybe every 3 to 4 days and this was causing gut health problems laid down the line it’s been about two years and now I’m having major cramping and skin problems and sleeping problems etc. so I went to the doctor and they told me this is not normal and you have to be going to the restroom at least once a day. She put me on a special diet just to incorporate/include more fiber into my diet and protein and a lot more water since I wasn’t drinking any and since doing that I’m able to go every day. She said that not going to the restroom is because of a very poor diet, which makes total sense since going to the restroom, is what you eat, and drink! My stomach is so nice and flat and I am not dealing with any cramping or constipation. Now when I put on my gym outfit, I feel cute and not have this bloated lower belly! Which now laid to me eating a lot healthy I’m going to the gym, more often and feeling good ❤

Cardio is a love and hate relationship cause I also noticed major weight loss when I was doing cardio everyday too, I love the weight training at the gym but cardio is where I still need to adjust to 😅

Omg girl I’m on the same journey. Got a bbl 2 yrs ago and now I’m a good 15lbs overweight. What’s saving me is pepino con salsa Valentina or popcorn (no butter). They say something crunchy will suffice your cravings. So inspirational ❤️

Ha I’m at this point.. lol I scheduled a round 2 tho… cuz it’s been 6 years since my 1st round and I seriously haven’t consistently exercised during this whole time and damn I regret it so much my under arms and arms. And back, stomach are out of shape. And my double chin too If you get a bbl you must put effort into maintaining your body or it goes back to shit! Facts
