Winter diet: Breakfast 1 boiled egg 1 Apple 1 cup of milk After noon: 200 grams sweet potato 1 cup of tea without sugar add stevia for sweetener Dinner 250 gram lean chicken First of chicken chicken ko boil krlo or apni mrzi k msale dal lo phr boil jub hojye usy 1 tsp olive oil mai fry krlo or saath mai green vegetables rkhlo .

God. I love this so much because of how REAL and honest she is. I love how she talks about not torturing herself with all these diets. Diets have NEVER worked out for me. I HATE gyming. I can't let go of certain things like coffee or fried stuff. I don't overdo it but I can't completely eliminate them from my life. Listening to her made me feel so much at ease

My sister came down from 90 kg to 70 kg in 3 1/2 months.She is 30 yr old... She started with half an hour walk for 2 weeks then made it a point to walk for 1 hr daily... Then went on to subah shaam 1-1 hr walk.... She stopped breads n rice n ate Quinoa instead... She had oats/muesli/ besan chilla with carrot,onion n beetroot for breakfast.... She made shallow fried cutlets of mashed chickpeas,potato n paneer n had it with green chutney for evening... She added a big bowl of salad before lunch n did a 16 hour intermittent fasting... The main thing is to be persistent... Kick urself n get off ur bed n walk daily,no matter what....n eat clean...drink plenty of water too... SLOWLY n steadily ud reach ur goal...

I can totally relate to ur story, i am a mom of a baby girl and i have started the same small steps for weight loss. I am controlling portion in my diet and doing exercises at home. @@Bathroomsinger11 200gms of vegetable with one roti, evening chickpeas salad and breakfast 100gm poha upma and walking daily for 1 hour. I started walking after 40 days.

I know u had depression. But instead of feeling motivated by your video/story….it’s kind of disheartening….you are celebrating your weight loss….but you missed those moments where we celebrate or enjoy the presence of new bundle of joy in the home…..it’s not always about the way we look…..motherhood is also a totally new journey/experience of life…..(yes they grow up so fast) Any ways kudos to you for losing weight so soon….to make you more happy I will add one more sentence….’are aapko dekh ke to lagta hi nahin hai ki aapki ek beti bhi hai’….

Why do people not understand that Carrying and CREATING a baby is nothing short of a miracle?! It will take time to loose that weight yes, but this sort of depression and desperation seems wrong... if you are pregnant, then weight gain is inevitable especially in the last trimester as that's the time baby is actually GAINING weight and growing the fastest... the first 2 trimesters are the baby basically FORMING But it is very impressive how she has lost weight

I had same issues during my pregnancy..i reached 95/96 kgs.. I had c section.i was depressed. Now I'm 73kgs. My weight loose journey is continuing..5-6 kgs more to loose.

6 month tk to koi exercise nhi or na hi diet vgrh After 6 month zumba start kiya..or diet me sugar oil bahar ka khana bnd kiya.baki ghar ka sb khaya.. 3-4 ltr pani piya Or sbse badi pat portion control kiya.

I am sorry but after C-SECTION you NEED to give rest to your body! C-section is a MAJOR surgery... so why does this society not cut slack to the women?? That too after a very difficult 10 month period! The mind set towards this needs to be changed

It’s nice she lost weight with the correct method. With due respect, I have to say, she has lack of self-love and self- confidence. She said, she didn’t look into the mirror, hated her overweight self- that’s extreme !! Not saying being overweight is the right thing, but having self confidence and loving yourself is extremely important. What happens when she gains weight in the next pregnancy or later in life, menopause? She will sink into depression again. It’s very superficial to only think that, someone will look good only when they are thin. I have seen many overweight people having high productivity and outstanding confidence. As a doctor, I see that all the time. Weight loss can vary in different stages of life. It all about confidence + positive mindset+ mental health care which all goes hand in hand. Nothing works long term if there is allways anxiety and doubt about own-self 🙏

Ladies a C section is MAJOR ABDOMINAL SURGERY so please be careful after such a labour! It is medically recommended that you wait at least 12 weeks before you start an exercise regime.

I'm also a mother of 6 month baby boy after c-section my mother in law and relatives even my doctor once told me you still looking like a pregnant lady that hit me hard so I started going gym and strt doing deiting . Wish me luck and thanks for motivation

You are lacking something in your diet that's why you are having hairfall... make sure to include everything in it and if you can, get your blood work done so know exactly what you are short on

I watched the full video. There are few good ideas like working at home without giving excuses. But something is wrong with the mindset of the author. I felt like she is living for social media because of which she could not enjoy her pregnancy. And if someone is commenting while you are pregnant or immediately after your pregnancy they should be avoided completely

It's good to pursue weight loss and being healthy. I can understand putting on weight and not looking good could be saddening. But what really surprises me that how world has become obsessive about looking absolutely perfect, being in perfect weight and figure. This thing is worrying me because this has taken over even on pregnant mother who are delivering their first child. She thinks too diliver baby as soon as possible in order to start weight loss and look good again wow. She is not even caring about dilivering baby early can hamper the development of baby and which will be irreversible unlike your weight.

My weight is 65kgs and i look very slim. My weight loss goal was 55 kgs but my family and friends said just stop your weight loss because you look so slim at 65. It depends on muscle and fat percentage in body. Maybe you are having more fat than muscles.

Whether it is weight of fat or muscles bone get s affected so 55 kg is perfect if you are going for this at least come under 60 kg I don't know why I have not seen any girl slim above 60 kg but my husband is 62 and he looks very lean.. because men have more muscles and their look good but female looks heavy if they have muscles in arms or thigh area

bro everyone has a different body and height. weight differs based on height. maybe your height is small that's why 60 kg is heavy side for you. the first study properly then says anyone is a liar. even my ideal weight is 60 kg according to BMI SCALE
