Girl, you are a beautiful person inside and out no matter what weight you’re at. Being healthy is the most important thing! I was just diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and pre diabetic. I’m not overweight but I was able to eat whatever I wanted throughout my life and now that has caught up to me to where it’s so hard to change those habits. I’m really happy that you are feeling good. You are so beautiful!!

Ditto with the fibro. That diagnosis is shitty and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, if I have one!? It's bad because number 1, no cure and number 2, the best meds that are available to help it is neurontin types of meds or antidepressants that just might help, even tho that's not what they were made for. That's Just Unacceptable.

You don’t get fat by accident. Truly is lifestyle. Losing weight and adapting a healthy lifestyle is hard today cause of so many quick food choices and the abundance of sugar. I just moved and put on 5 kilos in five months. Now found my feet and back to walking 15,000 steps daily - I praise people who are fit and healthy. They must have strong willpower. If I could buy willpower I would

@@intuitivedianealso huge note, healthy looks different for everyone!! It's SO important to know where your body is at right now and work with it. My healthy looks different from even that of my immediate blood relatives & was something I had already decided wasn't for me due to societal views, so don't be discouraging if you haven't found the thing that works yet and be open minded!❤ (Also good Drs are a HUGE help, sending good luck to anyone on the Dr hunt!)

Hey Celina. Glad you told your story. I was at 280 and didn't care about my health but one day I tried keto/carnivore diet, I started losing a lot. Right now I'm at 234 in 3 months. It wasn't easy at first but I got use to it. I am happy that I can wear my pants that I use to wear long ago, my coat that I use to wear long ago. I'm glad you're in this journey. My journey isn't over until I reach my goal. Take care

Yo, I did Keto wrong. I only did it for two weeks, but I paired it with intermittent fasting, and allegedly could have died, with further research. This was three years ago. I only did it two weeks, but the weight continued to melt off for months after, by the end of the summer I was less then 150, when I was almost 200 before Keto. I am now 150 again, but this was three years ago and I haven't tried to diet again, and my face is so different, I don't even mind gaining a little back.

This is amazing, Celina. I am 5'4 and throughout highschool, only weighed 105lbs. Once i hit 21, I went up to 120. In 2017, I started taking anti-depressants and gained over 40 lbs in the first 3 months. It was terrifying for me to see myself at a new size. I then was able to embrace it, and I preferred how my face and body looked. Then I stopped the medication last January, and found myself binge eating. I went from 170lbs last June 2022 to now 200 pounds. I have 0 drive to work out, so the only thing I can change at this time, is the food i eat. I love veggies, i don't eat much bread or cheese, so I don't think it should be too hard. But I looove tacos! And I will definitely be trying lettuce wraps!

I have been on so many anti depressants, lost count. Cymbalta is the only one who’s side effects don’t make things worse. Been on it for ten years and doesn’t seem to effect my weight. Its also supposed to help with my chronic pain and think it does at times, or a mental thing. Now if I forget to take it, brain zaps and dizziness start. Btw Zoloft was the very worst for me. I also forgot my anxiety meds do increase my hunger but if I take with meals its not as bad.

Try (beef) petite filets (they usually come in a package of like 7 and are so tender and good, cook like a steak or however else you wish) and another thing is there’s frozen chicken breasts (or tenderloins) in a bag that are very well priced as well. Seasoning with herbs gives things lots of flavor too. Also make some chili with super lean ground beef- full of flavor and TONS of protein and sooo delicious and extremely fast and easy to make.

Celina, I don't know if you will ever see this comment but..... Thank you!!!! I'm 56.5 years old and I also suffered with PCOS half my life; I had multiple cyst removal surgeries until I was 35 then tested positive for cancer cells in my uterus and needed a complete hysterectomy. I was 120 pounds until my surgery then finally gained up to 150 until I turned 50, they took away my estrogen and my thyroid went bad...I have 2 autoimmune diseases, I've had a heart attack that I didn't know I had and my weight is stuck at 174, in my stomach only. I crave sweets so bad, I'm prediabetic and possibly facing preleukemia, I was put back on estrogen so my thyroid levels are good but I still have hashimotos... I feel better and full and I don't crave as much sweets when I eat steak and I thought I was crazy so I appreciate your video more than you will probably ever know. Thank you again and many blessings to you and Adam. (Sorry this was so long) ❤

It's absolutely wild how people will always have something to say when we talk about our weight. It doesn't matter if it's about gaining weight, losing weight, battling an ED, considering treatment, having a positive attitude about our weight, etc etc. The fact that you had to point out a TRIGGER WARNING is just absolutely mind numbing to me. I'm a big girl myself, and I'm battling wanting treatment for an ED with no money, so hearing about your experience helps me tremendously. Thank you for being transparent and open and honest. Awesome Celina! I'm a Carnivore too! I started back in September and very quickly lost 21 lbs...and counting. My A1C (blood sugar average) was 8.7 and after 3 months of Carnivore, I've lowered it to 6.7! That's a big deal because I've almost REVERSED my Type 2 Diabetes! My BP is much better too. You and I have almost the same story, it's kinda crazy. But I encourage you to keep going! High BP and Diabetes are no joke and make you feel just AWFUL! Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I know it doesn't mean as much coming from a faceless stranger over the internet, but I'm so proud of you. You're such an amazing person and it's just so amazing to hear about the progress you've made for yourself. I'm particularly a fan of your ghost videos because you are so respectful of the spirit's personhood and the fact that they were once alive or if they weren't that they are still separate entities that deserve acknowledgement. I feel a bit of a kinship to you, as someone who also lives in a haunted house and on haunted land, and one of my partners is a medium, and the other two are very sensitive to the spiritual world. It's so amazing to watch someone who is so kind and generous and respectful of the other side. Struggling with so many health issues and having to make that journey where so much has gone wrong, but also keeping that kindness in you, that loving energy toward everything and everyone. It's honestly just so mind blowing and amazing and gives me hope for myself and the people around me if I could by osmosis or just watching your videos, I could also work myself toward that same way of life. Thank you and I really hope your 2024 goes the way you want it to because you absolutely deserve it. I love you Celina and please keep being yourself.

I went Carnivore and I never went back. I've reversed all my autoimmune and gut issues. My quality of life is better now than it's ever been. It's been a year and two months for me and I love it. Celina I’m so proud of you! Also I’m going to say this even though people have already, it’s fine to be overweight. I’m extremely underweight especially for my age (90 pounds and I’m almost considered an adult). I’ve tried to gain weight simply because I get sick way too easily and I’m constantly freezing but nothing works. So I just never want you to feel bad for your weight because my anxiety has affected me so badly. When I was in 2nd grade I choked on food and stopped eating for 2 months. The first day I couldn’t even swallow my own spit. My panic attack affected me so badly and I almost died. I had to have liquids to keep me somewhat healthy and I no longer looked like a kid. My soft features were gone and I looked so terrible. Although I keep thinking I’m past it, I don’t think I am and I think that has to deal with why I’m still so skinny. So again please don’t ever feel bad about your body because… even with everything I don’t feel bad or scared about my weight anymore and I hope it goes both ways❤

You really inspire me, Celina. Thank you, I needed this. Also, congratulations. Losing 50lbs isn’t easy and to have gotten your blood sugars under control like that, especially considering how overreactive your body was before, at turning everything into sugars, - as a nurse, if you were one of my patients, I would have given you such a big bear hug on hearing about that! Not that I hug random patients!! I have worked as a dialysis nurse for around 16/17 years, and the same patients come in 3 times a week, so it’s not like a normal nurse/patient relationship!! Anyway, I’m really happy for you that you found what works for you, and as someone with a very sweet tooth and 2 autoimmune conditions, I think I might have to give your carnivore diet a try!! Just one last thing I wanted to mention, in both your photos, at both weights and of course in your videos, you are stunningly beautiful. You have always been stunningly beautiful, at least in any and every photo and video that I have seen you in. ☺️🙏🏼🌸

Within the last 2 years I have been diagnosed with both hypertension, and PCOS, and sometimes I feel like all the medical issues that continue to pop up are going to keep me from the life I have wanted. Seeing you push through is an inspiration.❤

I can’t tell you how validating this video was for me. I also have PCOS and have tried everything and it never feels like anything ever works. I did the animal based way of eating for about 10 months because I liked that I could still have dairy and fruit. I didn’t have any cravings during that time and felt the best I had in a really long time. You’re making me want to get back to that. I’ve gotten into semi regular weight training. I just need to put the pieces together. Thanks, girl. And I love these videos ❤️

Same!!! Did carnivore in May and stayed with it for several months. Combined lost 75 lbs over 1.5 years but not just with carnivore. I did different low carb diets but carnivore was my favorite because I love meat and dairy…helped clear up my eczema and bloating❤

So happy for you Celina! All the hard work you are putting in will pay off in the long run. I turned 30 in November and also decided it’s time to start taking my health more seriously. As a bigger girl, I’ve struggled with crash diets and obsessive exercise that leads to injury. They just don’t work. It’s just small lifestyle changes that have made the difference. I’ve started going to the gym 3 times a week first thing in the morning (6am) for only 30 minutes when I’m busy or 1 hour when I can spare it. You got this - love all you do!!! ❤

Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing with us, it's always unfortunate to know that your experiences could be mirrored in others, because we don't ever want people to feel the way we've felt in our worst moments. But I hope you and others, find comfort in the fact that you aren't alone on the journey. Your video certainly made me feel hopeful, and gently reminded me that progress isn't linear, but I still gotta put in the work.

My husband has been preaching carnivore for about a year now and has lost quite a bit of weight on it and has been trying to get me to join him but i love veggies so much! He also loves you so when he sees this I'm never gonna hear the end of it haha! But seriously, I'm very happy for you. As someone who had nearly 300 pounds to lose (43/f/5'7" I'm currently down 90 in the past year), it's inspiring to see the progress you made. You're such a beautiful soul, Celina. I think she’s trying to say Paleo? That’s a good diet!
@eatmeatnmove
@eatmeatnmove 7 месяцев назад
@@Magicspells1 There are differences between paleo and carnivore. There’s a lot of similarities like both prioritize protein and cut out processed foods. But with paleo, you’re supposed to avoid dairy products and eat lean cuts of meat. With carnivore you can eat fatty cuts of meat and eat dairy. Some carnivores abstain from dairy due to sensitivities. On paleo you can use cooking oils from fruits and nuts. On carnivore you’re not supposed to, instead using rendered fat from animals (bacon grease, duck fat, lard, etc.) but there are many subsets of the carnivore diet that allow for fruit and even honey. Carnivore is often used as an elimination diet to help with chronic inflammation, CIRS, skin conditions like eczema, whereas paleo is just another lower carb, Whole Foods diet. Anyone reading this, if you find this interesting about nutrition and you’re looking to do a deep dive..check out Weston A. Price and keto-carnivore or ketovore. I do ketovore more than strict carnivore these days but will get more strict as needed to cut and lose body fat and clear up my eczema.

It's not something that's easy to just discuss openly. It sucks to get ridiculed at any size you are or any avenue that you choose to take for your health. Those opinions kept me binge eating in shame and using food to make me feel better. In the summer of 2019, I started making changes for my health. I've lost 120 lbs. Thank you for this! Your story really sounds a LOT like mine!!! I had a family member do the same thing! I did the same, hiding food, binging on food etc.... in September I had bariatric surgery to help lower my weight, I was 381 pounds when I started my journey. To date I am 302 pounds. I did this because I was heading for a very uncomfortable life. I didn't want to be the aunt that just sat & watched my nephews & nieces play. I wanted to be the type to play with them! What really changed my mind was a trip I took with my nephew to Chicago & how out of breath I was & I noticed him taking on my bad habits. Next summer we are going back to Chicago & things will be different. We are going to do a LOT of walking & my nephew has even started eating better because he sees his aunt that he looks up to eating healthier. I am SUPER proud of my achievement so far but I know it's going to get better as I go through this journey. You take care of you! I know I'm backing you up in your journey even though it's different than mine. I love that it's different & we can learn from one another! Lots of love, light & blessings to you sister!

The hardest part for me has been shifting my perspective from losing weight to becoming healthy. A lot of it came from my mom never being happy with her body (she had 4 kids!) and constantly making remarks about bodies, either hers or others. I grew up having to eat a bunch of the low-carb, low-sugar, diet versions of foods, which meant I went crazy when I was out of the house. This has definitely been a lifelong journey for me, and I appreciate hearing your story!

@merbsintheburbs8639 I grew up in a similar situation, further compounded by a high demand religion where food was my only locus of control. It is nice to know that I'm not alone. My mother's view of her body and others was a major factor in how I saw mine for years. We can find healing. Best wishes ❤️.

I want to be gentle given that you’ve said you’re in a certain amount of shock and I’m really just wondering what you mean. Were you in denial? Did you not know what constitutes obese?
