I think one of the greatest things I've learned through my journey of many years through therapy is the mantra "I'm working on healing." It's beautiful, and even if you slip up or have a bad day, you're still working on it, you're still on that path. Also it takes a looong time to find a therapist that is right for you, most people can't just go to one and it's done and it's perfect. Shopping around is nothing to be down over, you have to find someone who can and will work with you, but also push and encourage you in the right ways at appropriate times.

Good for you Boogie - enjoy watching you and getting your take on various issues. My husband has sort of a go-to meal that is easy and keeps him trim. He buys tortillas / wraps and makes them with rice, refried beans (sometimes grilled chicken), and salsa or hot sauce. You can add veggies or other types of sauce. Quick and simple, filling, and inexpensive. Best of luck to you in 2018!

I disagree, I believe just because someone gets a divorce doesn't mean it wasn't a good marriage. If people have 10 wonderful years while married, and after that they start to drift apart at some point, that doesn't mean they didn't love the first 10 years of that marriage. It's totally possible to have a great marriage and it just not last. Of course that's not most marriages, it's uncommon, but there are marriages like that.

I think the word you were looking for instead of exhilarating is elation. I felt that when I filed for divorce myself because the stress over the years leading up to it came to a close and all the energy my then husband and I spent on trying to not divorce failed. It happens and it's perfectly normal to feel that way. It's neither a happy nor sad feeling; you just feel more energy because all that energy you spent before is free and can now be redirected to the future and what you want to do. It's almost like you feel weightless and be forewarned this feeling is temporary. Thank god you have a support system because it's very rough without one.

If you think boogie is honest... Oh boy how wrong you can be :) Boogie is an extremely self centered creature that doesn't respond to legitimate criticism so his fans only see the good side of him. But like all humans he is far from perfect as well. And he has kicked allot of dirt into people who considered him to be a good friend and went through allot of hardship to help him out in his time of need, only to get pushed aside and tell lies about them once he feels good again. If you want more information I'll give you more. Boogie at his core is rather evil/ignorant.
I don't understand leaving now.. like in the next few years you're finally going to be able to do the things you've always wanted... It would be mostly uphill and give you tons of new experiences. Like she was willing to stay by you all that time you were basically helpless.. but now you'll be able to travel and do much more on your own.
Eileen the Crow I'm no expert, but judging by the way boogie talks, the things he has said dez said,his improving health is the main reason she felt she could leave. She wasn't just his wife, she was essentially his caregiver. The option wasn't there for her to leave before, he couldn't take care of himself, she had to stay.

Yes, you could bring him down to have only 25% of his income to pay for rent in his new place to live, while paying for 2 other womens rent where he no longer lives. It's all about getting in there BEFORE he is ruined totaly, since woman 1 took 50% and you will now take 50% of what he has left ...

Hey there, you'll have to keep in mind that because Boogie's stomach is smaller after the surgery, he physically can't eat very much. Portion sizes for regular stomachs are hard to get right. A food scale is a very great way to measure how much you're eating. Check your food packages for the recommended serving size and at least be aware of how many calories are in certain meals. You don't have to track everything just yet, but the MyFitnessPal app is helpful. Good luck!
What I did I lost about 30 lbs in a couple months with a diet and a little excerise but i was 210 idk how heavy you are but anyway. Whole wheat is very good. I'd eat oatmeal with water for breakfast with 5 strawberries. Lunch was tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread and dinner is really whatever i got because I can't really cook. But if you can I'd suggest grilled chicken breast and broccoli. For snacks probably yogurt and whole wheat peanut butter crackers.
FatBoyzAreUs OH AND THE MOST IMPORTANT! DRINK A LOT OF WATER. I only drink water and nothing else. At least 6 to 7 bottles a day. Can drink other things but not a lot of sugar

Hey Boogie, I would like to suggest water enhancers, lemonade by Mio is my fav and they help with the sweet cravings . I used to live off 2l bottles of pop, but in april I made a change after a hospital stay. I've also given up chips, candy, pizza, ice cream, fast food, and more. I'm glad the surgery worked for you but it wasn't my choice. I figured if I could make the changes myself I didn't need it. It's working for me, almost 900 at my heaviest and now 550 and still going down.
