Mr. Ho, you are an unbelievably skilled thinker and fabricator. To know as many fabrication disciplines as you do is a true blessing. You molded glass mat, modified the jet drive to fit, welding, etc. It seems that there is nothing that you cannot do! Awesome build of this little jet boat!
Unless you are a fabricator or work with your hands you cannot fathom to appreciate the skills this guy has and in addition the minimal amount of tools he uses in relation to this project
That's some straight up next level custom fabrication..Built better than the boats in the water today .1200cc engine .153 mm jetpump..trim..Ride plate..mikuni super 44 carbs..Love it!!!
I love watching your builds but please please wear a respirator when you’re cutting fiberglass! You work with it a lot and I don’t want you to get sick from it :( Best wishes!
I am 66. Built many high performance cars. You Sir, are amazing. You exhibit the essence of hotrodding. Very impressive design, and build. I hope you are very successful! Outstanding!
I don't comment much on videos but I have to say something. Sir, you are one heck of an engineer. It's truly unique the ideas you come up with and how you make those ideas come to life. You use the tools and materials that you have available to make incredible masterpieces. Keep up the amazing work. I am a subscriber for life.
i'VE WATCHED SEVERAL OF YOUR VIDEOS AND THEY KEEP GETTING BETTER AND BETTER....I'm honestly surprised a company hasn't asked you to develop a new boat design....but you know what if I was you get someone to financially back you open your own company and sell a really cool looking boat or trail bike....Your designs would sell on the global market...
Beautiful work sir awesome very nice. My son-in-law used to have a Waverunner that had 350 horsepower that engine in yours would go like heck it would go 80 miles an hour in a Waverunner can you imagine what would go with your boat awesome nice work sir God bless good luck from USA😊
im a fabricator designer I love this channel because he can create things on the fly without a bunch of drama it's just common sense building and it always turns out great I have learned some valuable ideas from him and I especially like the boats which is led me to designing my own catamaran boats. keep up the good work it's always fun to watch this channel
If this is only a hobby, he is wasting his skills, he built a 13,000 dollar boat, he could sell it for 20,000 or 30,000., he is clearly a professional.
Nice boat Mr Ho. My first time watching your channel - and now a subscriber. Excellent job on the build , truly a man of many talents Keep safe on the water , maybe ware a life-jacket .. oh, and add a bulk head ( air tight ,) with some expanding foam incase you strike a rock or something - Well done again Mr Ho .... I'm off to watch some more of your videos... ☘️
Truly incredible. The only thing i have concern about are the motor mounts only into the fiberglass. Seems like a more structural support is needed for longevity. A metal plate maybe? Also a metal plate on the transom to help take and spread some impact stress load incase you hit something with the jet.
my new favorite build from your hands, this is one of the most amazingly well done hand built boats ive seen come out of a back yard in a very long time, like 25 years or so, favorited the video so i can go back in the future an try to build the same boat for myself just a meter longer as im 6.10 ft tall, awesome power coming from that engine an what a sound it has
Mr Hò you always do a awesome job of building these craft! I doubted you when you first took it out and it was obvious that the trim of the boat was off! But you sorted it out immediately!! By putting on a flow reducer to maximise the thrust efficiency!! Yet another awesome video my friend! God bless you ❤❤❤
Mr Hồ, Một công trình tuyệt vời khác của bạn. Sở trường xây dựng đơn giản của bạn luôn làm tôi ngạc nhiên. Hãy tiếp tục tạo video của bạn, tất cả chúng ta đều thích chúng.
Sir you are a true craftsman, watch start to finish. Simply amazing wonder what you could achieve if you had a whole fabrication/ machine shop with all the advanced tools. For your next project build a one person plane.
Yes, the engine is really being held back by lack of proper scavenging. That said, The design and build is great, adding another 30-40% to the top end might be a wild ride. Love Mr. Ho's work. Proof it's not the cost of the tools, but the knowledge of the guy running them that makes the difference.
Absolutely incredible !!! Very simple operatives......... clever hull construction......... and a motor that provides a very quick turn of speed. Love the Mikuni 44s.
I'm just gunna put it out there mechanically inclined isn't he word for this this is some of the best videos on RU-vid asmr type stuff but that's just a piece you and the other people that do these videos like this is super impressive ik your not the only one I'm really complementing all the fellas and women that do this knowing even us Americans or whoever can't understand the language or read the comments sometimes but yet we can understand what goes on by actions to whom it may concern please continue these types of videos I also feel yall creators are not getting the credit yall deserve I appreciate these for sure thank yall
This looks and sounds very good! Excellent work! Are you going to add tuned exhaust at some time in the future? You are leaving a lot of power on the table with straight pipes.
I would say now that you have the metal mold for the fibreglass body you can turn this into a business! Bet there are loads of people out there looking for a boat like this
that little boat seems to get a pretty good speed , one thing im slightly worried about is if its going to submarine should the engine quit while going full speed , that could realy spoil the fun and sink the boad in a hurry (doesnt has floating chambers ) pack some styrofoam on the open spaces that way it stays mostly afloat when filled with water or upside down and you can at least find it back might need to glass in some stringers on the inside of the bottom as i wouldnt be supprised if the bottom flexes at speed , should make the hull last a bit longer
Great job. The hull design works pretty well as It is a simple asían copy from a kawa or yama. On the other hand the engine needs to be re adjusted as It is not giving all the juice as I supposse
Looks like a lot of fun. Needs expansion chambers to make it run to its full potential. Straight headers on a 2 stroke is like taking the charge pipe off a turbo 4 stroke.
Dude ive watched a few of your builds and you impress the sht out of me. Never have i seen such i dont even know the words. Like a mad scientist. Very kool. Cant wait to see whats next and awsome job on showing us the steps you take. Very kool
I enjoy watching your videos. I'm just concerned about some of the stress areas, where the mounts are attacked directly to the Fibreglass. Other than that. It's nice.
Why do so many of you commend these builders for their skills, when their doing things either improperly or the hard way? There were several steps they did which were unnecessary. Some were done late or at the incorrect time. Some other details were done completely incorrect. While others just seamed like they hadn't thought out the process. If your intent is to just say, "Wow, that's a cool boat", then I agree. They have plenty of drive and I suspect they'd be open to learning more efficient and effective ways to go about their trade. Their actual practice and implementation of said skills, however, is not impressive.
@@bensprink9943 First of all, Vietnam is not a third world country. That's not an excuse when you do steps out of order. It's not an excuse to smash an oil seal or bearing into place, either. It was obvious that a lathe was available, but wasn't used for several steps. The propshaft is not straight, but could've been. I could go on and none of it is excused by your comment.
Your channel is the best source of inspiration for me in making mini boats. I really like it, I'm always waiting for your new video, I hope one day I can see your creativity in Vietnam. 🤩😍
Very nice quality boat. With your mold you could build and sell more boats. Not much modification necessary if you wanted to lengthen it and make it a two-person boat.
