I just got the plumber from my local lumber yard. I used 1/4 inch ply wood. I got the black jack felt off of ebay. I got the chip Ravi and card shoe from a web site named casino4you.com.
Yes I agree. I have tried it out and I think it turned out perfect. Plenty of room for players to have drinks and their bankroll without being crowded. I love it!
I would have measured from the edge of the circle to the edge of the table and move the screw down the board by that length. You would hace a circular shape that would be larger than a half circle with the added benefit of no flat edge
I’m redoing a mini blackjack table from scratch. I’m keeping the legs. The old table was the template for the new one. Smaller tray for more room for card play. My concern is the underlay. I thought you needed thin foam from an upholstery store. Will the fleece underlay absorb liquid? Hope the table won’t smell of beer and wine. Keep a stain remover foam spray can nearby.
Looking good. I think I’m gonna do the same. What are you using for legs? I was thinking about mounting it to a 6 foot folding table, to make it portable and when not in use I can lay it against the wall?
That is exactly what I did. I left it just a table top so I can store it against the wall when not in use. I use my throwing station as the table to set it on. You will see in the next video. I will release it on Wednesday morning. Thanks for watching!
I was thinking of a similar project. Found a black 6 deck shoe which might possibly hold up all 8 decks, a holder, but without screw gaps (can drill that plastic myself and then screw it to the table easily. Found a 100 chip set with value 100 (can use it as 1 dollar/euro chip - 100 cents) for a couple of bucks... Now I just need to know what type of cloth to get and where (what type of material? - I'd guess some smooth linen cloth with a rubber bottom for softness and to easily slide and pick up the cards, but not what keywords to search by and if rubber can be bought as a tape roll. As well - what kind of cards to get (plastic or papper)? Also what kind of colors don't smudge, are resistant to anything, even washing to draw poker and blackjack table patterns. For fun was also thinking of getting a good ,1000 fps or similar, card scanner (requires Barcodes on cards) for registry and after good poker nights with friends could review history. Make it all with a specific theme (black + yellow + yellow leds + some logo). Just need all the resources (started with Aliexpress)
@@bboy_Jet there is no link. It was an individual seller that just had this one item. He doesn't have a store or a bunch of gambling stuff. Just go to eBay and type in black jack felt
Thanks Blackjack! I am happy with how it turned out. I will put out part 2 on Wednesday morning. I actually filmed a blackjack video as a trial and I am very happy with the turnout so stay tuned for some more blackjack videos. I am going to see if I can handle dealing to live players every now and then so if I can figure out how to go live and make sure it runs smooth maybe you can be a player on one of my live streams if you want. Any ways thanks for the support and have a great day!
Thank you. I did make it a little flat on 1st and 3rd base. I actually really like how it turned out. I think it is just the right amount of room for the player to have drinks and money comfortably in front of them without crowding the bet circle. I will upload the 2nd and final video of the build on Wednesday morning. Thanks for the support!
