​@@BenRebuiltI thought in something with a magnet. but I think it'd need to be a giant one, which would be extremely expensive and heavy, but if there's any way u can use a magnet and hold ur weight, it'd be the best option

A lot of that comes from the fact that I don’t use a harness, so I’m allowed to make more organic motions. Unfortunately it is extremely painful to swing, so I really would not recommend this method to anybody else😅

Yeah I’ve always wanted to do a spring loaded mechanism but it’s taken me awhile to figure out the mechanics

These are great questions... 1) Because of its simple design, I am not able to retrieve the hook mid-swing, between clips I would have to climb back up and physically unlatch it. 2) This design was mainly focused on allowing me to swing from the chainlink fence shown in the final test. However, in the next video of this series, I will experiment with more methods for swinging off various materials.

@@sea-ra9995 1) I do plan to making a wall crawling project, but I if your interested I know the channel Jlaservideo just made an amazing wall crawling video 2) Depending on the gadget you can be using all different types of engineering skills, but most projects are going to fall somewhere within Mechanical, Electrical or Software Engineering. Like this video which was purely Mechanical and required Design, Manufacturing and Assembly skills.
