Todays recipe Is “Zoodles” Which simplys sliced zucchini in spaghetti shape
Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Zucchini’s
3tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Zoodle Maker
(No salt in this recipe it will make your zoodles soggy. There is enough seasoning in the blackened fish and flavor from the mango salsa to make up for the salt!)
Blackened Salmon
Ingredients;
4 Wild Caught Salmon slices
3tbs Bkackened seasoning
2/3 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
1 Ripe Mango
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 fresh jalapeño pepper
Juice 1/2 Lemon
