After Brandon Hendrikson and Jeremy Beundia love watching Ryan Terry such a humble guy and detailed in explaining his workouts meals. The 3 best men's physique role models. No arrogance always staying humble.
I met Ryan in the show he hosted and I was competing, I was baffled at how humble and polite this man was despite his massive success, he is the man and I’ll always support him
Sir Ryan; You Are Setting An Excellent Trend; This Is Your Way Of Investing In Stocks; With The Brilliance Of Great Britain; As Being Your Home; In Order That We May Learn Your Body And Design Style And Techniques!!!!
Not only do you have a good figure, you are also very handsome! I don’t know if you can dance, but if you go to Hollywood to film the fourth episode of Magic Mike and replace Channing Tatum, you will definitely make the movie the number one box office record! Congratulations again! You did a really great job, thanks a lot for sharing!👍😄👏
Ignorantly I have only just found Ryan’s Chanel and story (I’m a powerlifter and bjj so don’t normally watch too much bodybuilding content) what a legend! Got a new subscriber here. Great content
I remember meeting Ryan at “We Lift the City” in Dublin a good few years back. 🇮🇪 We had a conversation about the direction in which the class was going. Ryan you are a gent and I was delighted to see you win 🙌🏻💪🏻
WOW RT fit looks killer. The black primal equipment and whole vibe in there just look amazing. Looking forward to your new 2024 journey mate. Class act and always keeping it real. Congrats again on the long over due win and wishing you all the success in the world with this new venture. Hope to get back home one day to visit it.
Hey Ryan, I was just a highschool kid when I first saw you poster hanging on my gym, used that as motivation to train harder. After 8 years of quitting the gym and focusing on my career, I've found my passion for lifting again and I'm just so glad that you've conquered the division. Best of luck to you in the future champ!
This is why I have always supported this man he is just humble and has been a great role motel for the sport and for life he works so hard and we all see it. I am so happy for him getting his gym setup and about to open it that is crazy cool
Loved the video. Have to point out the part that now that he holds the title, he would like to devote the year to a great of season, and getting out to meet the people. Got to love that out of a Mr. ⭕️! This is why he's always been my top body builder to follow. Would love to meet him because he genuinely seems like a great person.
RT nation! Men’s Physique Mr Olympia. Proud of ya mate. Everyone talks about the physical strength you must have to win these competitions but just importantly you have to be head strong and you RT are one of the strongest head strong competitors there is.
Other than physique and bodybuilding, Ryan is an extremely relatable guy. I am a father of two as well , so I can understand and feel it right away. Such a genuine soul. Bless you Ryan. Keep doing great...keep looking great.😍
Ryan is the only bodybuilder I’ve watched and went “I would like to build a physique like him and compete”. I think it is because he is so real and just humble. Looks a beast but his personality is so appealing.. like he just minds his own business, not an ego in sight and makes you go “yeah that’s like me”
Just wanted to say about a year ago or even a few months ago most people didn’t think the result would be what it was but when you stepped on stage you left no doubt. One of the best packages anyone has ever brought to the Olympia stage.
Be interesting to see how the Primal equipment does over time. I’m looking at putting a decent home gym together and always thought I’d cherry pic some old bits of kit. The primal stuff is cheap compared to other manufacturers. I brought the hinged leg press from them and it’s a solid unit.
I don't follow Men's Physique, but when I heard Ryan won I felt as if an old friend made it big. This weird feeling. Stories of success in spite of numerous attempts let you know that you can succeed too. A feelgood story undoubtedly.
Hey Ryan! Finally, finally i see you stop squeezing your chest when hitting the front pose. Gosh i wish u started doing it from earlier days hahaha..i love the passion brother. Hustle till you make it and making it specially when people count you out is the best feeling ever. Much appreciation brother.❤
9lb gain, with better shape, better conditioning and a killer back! Hats off to you Ryan your back and posing held you back but they are now strong points. Well done champ 💎🏆🫡
Nice vid Ryan. Take it all in mate. Now you’re doing every day duties but as Mr Olympia !! Also what staff do you need lol. I think I’m miles away but ya never know
RYAN, I would recommend for next year focus on developing your arms more, focusing on working the middle muscle between the triceps and biceps so that when you do your front pose your arms will look better. Also it does not hurt to do arms daily. Biceps one day triceps one day. Doing that really helped me develop my arms when I competed
Ryan, I love you, man. You are my favourite athlete, and I can't be happier on your win. But let's be real. 9lbs in less than one year, it's also about a better PEDs combination. Why we aren't talking about that either. For a natural athlete, it is impossible to add that much muscle in that short period of time. Of course, working out smart and being consistent, having a good muscle connection is a must whether you are enhanced or not, but let's talk also about the truths of PEDs.
Christian Guzman is chasing his pro card and when asked if he was on PEDs he said in a roundabout way, you can't not be to get a pro card. That's not even getting to the Olympia stage.
I feel like hitting triceps before chest can limit pressing ability, cos triceps are more involved in presses than biceps are in pulls (for me, anyway) so maybe hit triceps on the second back day instead of the first?
Because even though C Bum is classic he still has that freak factor at his size and crazy proportions… definitely not something the average person can relate to lol
