U dont need to get offer take a good example of kourney becca did, work different area with the passionate to create a change and achieve your goal. Work hard and let's put ourself out and learn more. We need to have that culture of put ourself out of our comfort zone and learn and earn.
Congratulations Becca. This is very inspiring especially for migrant nurses. I've just been in the UK for 2 months and I'm on the look out for growth opportunities. Yes, you're right about nobody telling you anything here if you don't ask.
Congratulations I listened to everything you said. It makes me feel happy to push and motivate myself to apply to university to finish my nursing. Thanks for sharing your experiences in the NHS, and working in other sectors. 😊
Congratulations dear. This is the video I'm looking for. I'm passing thru what you just discussed about. Thanks for the information. I need to work ahead
So proud of you Becca. Very much inspired to hear your story. I remember when you were sleeping in your car between shifts. You persevered and put God first now it’s paying off. Great job!!💜
This is my first time seeing your channel and I love this.. you have really inspired me .. listening to you speak, has revived my spirit. Well deserved ❤Congratulations and wish you more wins🎉🎉
Well done, Becca. Congratulations 🎉🎉 Bless you. Im happy to hear your progress. Hope I can follow your footsteps one day. No wonder I haven't met up with you in a while. Change of role. You've crossed my mind a few times on my way to work. I will have to follow you to your Care home😅
@@abahesther3994 there’s honestly no formulas or short cuts here, it’s getting good at your craft, and applying for those vacancies when announced- look everywhere not just in your trust. If you fail one interview, keep the hope alive and keep applying. Don’t segregate yourself from your team members as well.
Blessings to you. I learnt something new from your video. I didn't know that as an overseas nurse on a work permit that you could go out to other hospitals other than your Trust to work. I thought the nurse had to work only in the trust that brought the nurse to the UK. However I do know that the nurse can change job if sponsored by another job. Well done to you. 🎉 I am also a nurse in the UK
Hello Becca , it's my first time watching you and I was really motivated. I came to the UK as a student for my bsc top up 2022, employed by the trust ,wrote my exams and awaiting my PIN. The thing is I am tired of bedside nursing and have been thinking on what to do, which courses to take and how to also to advance myself career wise?. Your advice will really go a long way. Thanks.
This is so nice. I will start picking bank shift across the trust now. Thank you. Even though I am not a nurse. I can still progress. I will took my self round and open my eyes and mind to learning.
