i got a decision on 8th December last yr. Did not receive my brp after 10 working days. reported this on gov.uk website , waited 40 working days nothing. put another request in and still waiting. Sent a complaint and they told me theres a technical problem with the processing of my BRP. wow when i have a holiday too.my kind of application took 1.5 yrs to come instead of 6 months imagine. At least I’m glad they communicated with you about delays. i didn’t get that whatsoever 😭 so my anxiety was over the roof. Im now looking at contacting my local MP to chase after it for me x
Thanks for sharing. I taught visa application can be done online in the UK without going for a physical appointment. I also learnt your dependants don’t need to apply if you are just changing employers as long as they have a valid visa. I might be wrong.
If your Brp is the old type with the chip u don't need to go into the office, u can apply from home on your phone/ gadget. U can decide not to change your dependant visa as long as ur old Brp is still valid with your previous employer

I wanted to ask if the company is registered under CQC because i heard all companies that sponsor health and care visa needs CQC although i find that contradictory to what is written online which states care workers and senior care workers. I would be glad if you know anything in regards to that
Glad they are being thorough now because people with uk degrees apply for these jobs and cant get the job, ridiculous. They are overlooking Uk people in the uk and giving positions to oversees people, what madness.
Ur degree is not enough, add extra training and experience 🙌FYI I have 12yrs experience with first class honours in nursing diploma and second class Upper in nursing degree, plus online certification from universities eg Harvard so your degree alone cannot complete with someone like me on the job market. Add value to your degree 😂

i think for government work you don’t go through this hell. ive had an offer to teach in the uk and im also waiting for cos but i pray it doesn’t take long
