All local produces and traditional food items are always healthy like peanuts, rice, ghee etc... Only thing is limiting the quantity and increasing physical activity. I mean walking, daily chores, physical work not gym! Please dont elevate western food or lifestyle!

This video is informative!good..but before following this get a blood test on your vitamin deficiency (vit D,B,iron hemoglobin)and understand your deficiency and eat accordingly.sometimes what she said wrong might be needed for your body . especially about nuts ,fig . study your body..Go to alab and take these test..the ideal values will be given in the report itself.then check with nutritionist and plan your diet.
It's an informative video! Great effort and discipline is required to be healthy. Maybe you want to do a little research on tofu because it's not a very healthy source of protein...especially if you are taking more than 3 times a week. It's high in estrogen and may cause hormonal imbalance but tempeh is totally fine. People with estrogen dominance should not take tofu.

Dates do not have much iron as how it is boasted. There are other vegetarian foods that has more iron when compared to Dates, if u r vegetarian. In order to meet your daily iron level in dates, you need to have 100 dates which is practically impossible! Its funny that I often see in India that people relate dates so much with iron/haemoglobin! Also, boiled peanuts are way better than peanut butter with jaggery.

Thanks for the great tips and recommendations for indian grocery. Please do more videos like this for awareness in India. One correction that I differ is with the spray cooking oil. There could be aerosols to get the oil out of the container. It is better to watch what are the ingredients.
