I’ve been doing a few 66 day challenges. My weight loss challenge ended about two weeks ago now or a week and a half actually. However I extended it to 66 more days! It’ll be 132 days for that one. I may do the same thing for all my other challenges. But putting yourself on a challenge and tracking yourself with a Journal are very effective.
