One space saver is to add to your boat a. Bag of cotton ball and a small bottle of shrimp scent. Easy way to catch bait and not have natural fish food. Easy storage, cheap, always

Great job with the ninskid on the sole, also the modifications on the cushion stay are cool. Every season you tweek it a little more. I've been getting the itch, I drove my truck for the first time in 11 months since this health thing . I'm going to let other skippers take me this year and open the Grady next spring. Keep up the content Cap
Hello, captain. And the reason I painted it is was because it was getting dirty too often and it wasdelivery and now with a nunskit is much better And I hope you can get your Grady white boat on the water soon captain.
Via con Dios, Captain! It's been very windy and choppy here on the Gulf coast, too. I've only had my boat (20' Center Console) out 4 or 5 times so far this year. Most of the time the weatherman has been wrong. I still like to get out, though. You appear to be well prepared, as always. Safe journeys and smooth sailing!
Wow, captain, it's been bad for all of us , And for me has been five and a half months that's a long time And I hope you can get on the water soon.Captain thanks for watching
Just found your channel with this episode, very informative and well done. I like your entire setup, you obviously spend a lot of hours on careful attention to detail. Hope to find details on your air conditioning setup (how it’s powered and installation)in previous posts. Looking forward to future posts.👍⚡️
Awesome and thank you cap. And yes i do have several videos on the ac installation one is shorter and the other one is more detailed, hope you like them and welcome aboard my channel
Hello captain it was It's awesome to meet someone like you. That you're passionate about voting, just like me. We have both something very much in common. And I'm sure we'll, we'll see each other again in the future, captain. And I hope you enjoythe EV1 Sensor ,the heart of my boat is with your now🛥😁👍
¡Hacía falta un video suyo! Thanks for taking the time to highlight the meticulous process that goes into preparing for a Miami to Bimini crossing, Captain. A mi abuelo y a mi papá, habaneros ambos, les encantaba hacer ese viaje juntos. I can’t wait to see the awesome video that will result from your trip!
You're awesome, captain.Thank you so much for being part of the channel. And definitely I'll keep you updated on the next video, y saludame a tu familia
Great preparation work! Thanks for sharing. Batten down the hatches...now, the Captain is ready! Smooth and safe sailing, Cap! We await your next adventure!
Thank you, captain. And soon I'll bring you my latest trip. Weather is supposed to be better. And as you know, I've been waiting a long time for this. Thanks for watching captain. See you soon.
Very true, captain. But my boat gets very slippery. Especially his small boat. So it moves a lot in the ocean. So slipping and sliding with the knife on my hand is a no no. But I see your point. I brought a habit without the nonsense to for cleanliness.
Thank you, captain. It's been 5 and a 1/2 months that I've been waiting for good weather. It's been terrible down here. Florida, as well as all over the Earth, has been crazy. Weather, but now I'm getting back on the boat. Thank you for watching captain.
Suggestion, why not use velcro underneath the seat cushions so they don't slide instead of having that piece of divider protruding right behind the cushions ? Enjoy, have a good safe trip !
Thanks for a great video, capt. If I could add some feedback, a visual of the weather app you use and how you plan ahead by knowing when good nav weather will be available. I always wondered how big a vessel needs to be to cross the gulf. I hope to one day have someone to cross with.
That's a great. Suggestion, captain 1 day, I may show what will be the weather conditions that I will look for. Thank you for watching and also is great to hear from you again captain
Amazing how much you squeeze into the boat! Thanks for the info as we hope to travel there one day with our boat. Does Bimini and the Bahamas have the same customs/ checkin process?
Yes, they're very similar. Sometimes their offices are disattached from each other. But if you go to West End, all the office are together. But it bid me. You just gotta walk one block away from the other office.
What's wrong with ethanol fuel in the generator? Bought mine in 2012 and have never used ethanol free gas in it and no problems. I do start it once a month along with all my small engines and never a problem with them either. I run those engines anywhere from 5 minutes to 10 or 15 minutes if they have a battery . To each their own I guess
You're right, captain. But ethanol free fuel is more expensive in this for a reason, because ethanol is an additive like a filler to give you more for less.
@@OutOnTheReef By the way, when I had my boat (I lived near Coconut Grove), I always started the engine and warmed it up at home before heading to the marina--that way I could address any problems before I left the house. I bet you do the same thing. Tight lines and good fishing!
@@johngranato2673 That's an awesome idea, captain, but I did maintenance on the engine and yes, I did turn it on but not the day before, but you have a great point there, captain.
@@OutOnTheReef I think you should mention that in another video Capt. You do such an amazing job articulating your work. I think people would be interested. I’ll tell you a quick story: my friend is a fishing boat captain either a 2520. He needed to replace his water pumps. I sent him your video and he did it himself step by step using your video!!!! Saved him about $1000! He loves you now😂
@FMorgigno1 Wow, captain. That is awesome that makes me really happy. And tell him welcome to the Out On The Reef family. And I do have other videos on maintenance of the engine that he may find helpful. Thanks for helping your friend with my videos, captain.
