You are actually doing alright, getting a 60-70% on your practice exams, because the practice exams are actually much harder than the actual NCLEX-RN exam. You got this bro. Good luck!

@@lorientheresa4844 I hear the NCLEX-RN exam has gotten a bit harder now that they have case study type questions. I was lucky enough to have gotten my RN license back in 2018, before case study type questions were introduced to the exam. I'm not sure if I'd pass the current version of the NCLEX-RN test tbh lol

My NCLEX was over ten years. Watching your vid brought back so many memories! haha I passed with the minimum of 70(?) questions when my computer shut off (freaking me out), with the majority of my questions on oncology. My brain was totally fried at the end as well, and I just wanted to curl up into a little ball and cry. Keep in mind the NCLEX is testing you as a new grad RN working in a utopia hospital to see if you know how to prioritize to provide safe pt care. Keep reminding yourself why you wanted to enter the profession, and stay true to your convictions... oh, and always have an 'evidence-based' rationale for your actions! Update! I got into one of the best programs in my country to pursue medicine. Out of the thousands of students who took the exam, I was so blessed to be part of the final 220 students to get an interview. Hopefully, I pass the interview 🥹 Because out of the 220 students, they're only going to accept 90 students to enroll. Thank you so much for being an inspiration Kai! 😭🫶💞
To those who used ATI throughout their nursing school - I literally scored level 1s/below level 1s on my proctored exams. Took the NCLEX and passed in 85 questions, and I'm now a peds oncology nurse in the bone marrow transplant unit. I used Archer and found it to be not only similar to the NCLEX format but also beneficial, particularly the readiness assessments. Just remember that a lot of these programs incorporate more difficult questions so that come the NCLEX, they're more approachable. A tip I'd suggest is making sure you understand NCLEX partial credit and to not overload yourself. I did two readiness assessments a day (each 85 questions) and called it. Also understand that you know a lot more than you realize. Good luck everyone!

I know having a bad score can discourage you, from experience I know how that feels. However, I try my hardest to not let my mistakes hold me back from beginning a whole another chapter of life. Took the nclex in July, studied for 1 month using uworld, archer, RU-vid practice exam and some Mark k. I passed the nclex and have been working as a nurse since October. My honesty and my tip. Never study the day before the exam. Make sure to do something enjoyable and a get good night well. I did 100% of uworld, watched most of the mini video. Got an average of 73%. for archer I used the exam practice feature. Did I learn anything new from uworld or archer, no. Always been a person with test anxiety so it mostly helped me with time management and mentally preparing myself to sit for 2-3 hours for the exam. For nclex I got max questions. After the exam I honestly don’t even know what the heck exam I took. Same reaction for all my classmates. prioritization is key. How I manage my anxiety throughout test. Once I hit 81, 80 is usually the mark of pass. I took a break even before the allotted break by raising my hand. Then resume test when I got to the 120/130 mark I took another break. And zoom to max questions. I always been a fast test taking I did it all under 3 hours. Future nclex test taker/ future nurses you got this. Everything you learned in school is all that you need to know. Remember the main reason for the exam is to test to see if you can keep your patients safe and alive. Ps never shedule nclex exam for a Friday as you will be stressing the whole weekend to get result on Monday. I did do the trick where I tried to reschedule my exam and it gave me the good pop up. Best to try the trick after 6 hours. I waited 12 hours to make sure enough time passed. But I wanted the official result which I didn’t get till Monday. Kai I know you passed. I have a question when he was doing his skincare he did it on wet skin aren’t u supposed to do on dry skin? I use ordinary niacinamide and I was told to use on dry skin buh the glow he got after applying all the products I don’t seem to get that glow when my skin is dry after I apply my products Is his the right way to do it

Nursing students who went to a junior college for their AA degree can pass the nclex on their first try. Someone who goes to Columbia university…. Trust me you’ll be fine.
