I came to diamond with fiddle mid after not playing for a year. (Rank before was gold). I can see we have similar ideas and thought process. I think you almost perfected the fiddle mid technique
The vid was so useful, I've read the spreadsheet's content and I love these kind of in depth guides. I'm a yorick main what made me into yorick even further because of the in depth matchup spreadsheets (thanks slogdog). What I suggest is instead of champion names, have their icon instead. Also some parts are hard to read because it's lightgreen and the text color is white without an outline. But the content is very very useful, informative and well done. I will main this for sure!
Ive been playing midsticks since the old days and just recently coming back after many years from taking a break, middlesticks is very good, ahri tends to be the only hard counter on fiddle.

LMAO real chads go 3cs/min give it a try i think mid is way more fun than jungle but i guess its just personal preference imo middlesticks might be stronger than junglesticks in the current meta
No I dont because i usually crash 2nd/3rd wave then i can ward their raptors + in higher elos their mid or supp will cover the raptors and chunk me which I dont wanna risk + your effigies can get destroyed super easily at raptor camp
I've one-tricked Fiddle mid since season 1 and hit GM with it last season. I agree with like 90 percent of your matchup spreadsheet but I struggle with some that you put in "medium" and I have an easier time against some of the ones you put in "hard".
Excellent work, in theory, most heroes can reach good rates if you play on positions they do well(their non-primary position) right? l am saying, what if l someone masters enchanter top-mid-adc(not AD damage)? Like Soraka or Lulu? Or, it solely depends the amount of lethality (not the actual stat) of champ's kit? Fiddlesticks for example, can be pretty lethal, that also means high impact and/or player agency? While enchanters have low impact or depends solely on their teammates to perform or impact well?
Yes I would say that you would have a way harder time climbing as enchanter solo lane because you dont deal a lot of damage so it makes you dependent on your teammates If you play Rengar Top or Samira Top for example you have way more damage in your kit therefore way more agency and can carry games by yourself
@@karthusslesticks So you need damage. Reminds me of Ana from Overwatch. The perfect support for me. Can deal damage to Squishy targets and kill them but also output healing to allies. Obviously, her grenade which disables enemy healing makes her even more powerful. Do you think Senna is similar to Ana? Or if there is a hero that can heal but also damage (not high damage but at least highest out of its category of support) l just love enchanters/healers
You're probably looking at seraphine or sona, although idk how their dmg will be after recent changes. Otherwise if you wanna still deal dmg while having some ability to heal (but not being enchanter / actual healer) you can try senna or nilah. They deal dmg while doing some healing to teammates. @@deadspace4755
@@yuutsu7201 Senna for sure, she has a global ulti like Soraka(but different). And can stack throughout the game, so if you stay alive and farm, you can become strong.
Hello mate nice video, I play Anivia on EUW & got to high Master a few days ago but I really struggle vs good players (Master/GM) onlong range champions (Hwei Viktor Ahri Xerath Neeko), they just poke and poke and you can't play. How do you play vs these champions/players in high elo? Take care mate all the best
yeah less roaming slightly different runes for example, you can check out @PlayCabex youtube channel he does a lot of fiddle toplane content and has a spreadsheet as well
Hey hi dude, its me again haha I had 12 games with middlesticks since i saw this video, im 75% winrate, and i have a couple questions. It was not in ranked matches, i dont play rankeds jet but the elo was around emerald-diamond. I destroyed every assassin/melee i had in line, but like, insanely hard haha like killing them 4 or 5 times and being like 30 cs ahead. But i struggle A LOT with the bad matchups (azir, hwei, xerath), i just cant do anything, i cant farm because the bassic of fiddle is by far one of the worse in the game, i cant fight them because of range or they just out-damage me, i cant push and roam because i cant use my w they just poke me or cc me. There is something i can do to deal with it ? i just play safe and wait my team to carry ? i feel pretty useless haha I would love if you could post a video about getting countered hard with fidddle. Anyways thank you a lot, im enjoying it so much, and im getting quite good at it haha im sure im the only dude in LAS playing it HAHAHA and im also learning to do the combos like R-W-F or R-E to extend the fear, i did it a couple times and its devastating, its incredible how this champ can easily 3v1 with good positioning and map reading, its awesome and i love this playstyle.
they are very hard to play yeah you can usually punish them really pre-6 but after that it becomes impossible, so I might just buy a pinkward and run straight bot and ignore midlane if my ult is up

Can’t help but notice at 12:12 there is a [PARTY] tag on a ping. Can you verify the rank of the person you are duoing with? Because this winstreak you are demonstrating also stops immediately after duo queuing is no longer allowed, and if they are a challenger jungler this winstreak is basically a boosted account regardless of your strategy.
It's a bug. Sometimes you can see other parties pings for whatever reason. I checked his opgg to be sure and he wasnt duoing. Just realised the ping is also from the enemy katarina because hes watching replay lol
correct me if i'm wrong, but from what i observed, your mmr is shared between your accounts, like on my main account i got masters for the first time and it took me literally over 100 games and then on a "fresh" (no rankeds) account it took me only about 50 to have that mmr while having relatively terrible WR
@@thatguy5233 it is all about maths and riot's mmr algorithm. on fresh acc u win 10 games to 0 loses - wow you are amazing player with 100% winrate, but once u lose a single game u wont be 100% never again. winning 50 games in a row if u have 500 games on an account isnt a big deal, but going 50-0 on fresh acc u are like a god (for algorithm) thats why many of old pro players had like 20 accounts before they reached high elo. like author said, there is no diff between low master or platinum.
@@thomasanderson3432 that'd make sense if it worked that way, but what i'm saying is i had worse WR, yet i was playing with diamonds really fast. i wanted to test some champs in low mmr so i had bad WR (like 50?), played only like 15 games and it's diamonds wtf. and yes, it was MY account, i didn't buy it anywhere so i know it had no rankeds played. in normals i had like bronze players lol
hmmm rarely tbh, usually they just say report fiddle and dodge but it did happen a few times especially on my silver/gold smurf and 4-5 times in challenger elo too sadly

You can still carry games even if your teammates are bad, you need to ping a lot whenever an objective is about to spawn, communication is key (or you can also use your teammates as bait and wait for them to get collapsed on then ult)

@@ЮрийКривошея I could easily get grandmaster+ if I start actively playing again and there has been a korean guy who reached challenger with fiddle mid this season so obviously its still viable? All that changed is the items which are now even better for fiddle mid and the way you play around midlane in mid-late game
@@karthusslesticks 16 games is not what I think of when someone "reaches master" you were already masters at that point. its like being diamond 1 0 lp gaining 15 lp a win, winning 6 games in a row, and then 3 more back when promos best of 5 existed and then saying you reached masters with a 100% winrate because you won 9 games in a row from diamond 1 to master I was expecting something greater. by definition you didn't lie. but if someone bragged about 100% winrate to masters and it was the example above where they started counting from d1, it'd be lame as shit
