Your “Which Certification” video was my intro into Salesforce on May 21st and yesterday I passed my 4th cert (following your advice Admin, App Builder, Adv. Admin, Sales Cloud). I’m beyond grateful for all the advice you’ve so generously shared. Seriously, thank you so much for your videos! Anyways I want to say something over the 20 yrs from now thing - The way sf has been acquiring new customers and innovating new features each quarter and retaining almost all of the customers every year - if we maintain this pace for coming 80 quarters there wont be many companies left who wont use our products/services in some form. Therefore stagnation will be imminent in future but we will still be better than most of the honouralble competitve giants. But hey, why predict something - lets just enjoy what we love to do.

Feels like David is only gonna make his own company , hire developers , be the manager / CEO of this new company which will compete amd overtake Salesforce in next 10 years . Bet on this , this is gonna be true ! 😂 And if this gonna be your plan David , then do hire full stack developers like us into your team , we freshers have all the energy to learn and apply all hands-on skills ! 😀✌️

I TOTALLY agree with Salesforce in 20 years. BUT Rather than saying it will cease to exist it will still exist it's just the rates will be so bad you wouldn't bother. I found exactly the same during the first dot com boom. I came out of Uni knowing HTML, I was the hottest commodity in the country. I could write my own cheques. Now it's a totally different story, an HTML developer just doesn't exist anymore... But Devs vs Admin... Code is being pushed further and further away in the stack with Flow etc... therefore I think the boundary between devs and admins is going to be a lot more blury.

@@dvdkliu TBH Before I went to uni I was a network support / desktop support engineer and those rates were great too... now there are loads of competition. I see everything in waves, you just need to catch the next wave and start learning it to slowly transition yourself into the next latest and greatest. Just look at Salesforce Functions... hey I don't even need to learn Apex now! (kinda).

Hey @David - I’m 3x certified (Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder) and I’ll take you up on your offer here for a month’s free coding from you - when I secure a dev position I will pay you the value of / purchase the course. Is this offer still live? Thanks

All SF has done is made my job more difficult. No one I know that actually uses it cares for it. Nothing against you. It's really terrible to use at least in our industry.

Ah, that's not true as he said in his video to ping him...and he'll provide free learning...I am proof of it... I pinged him twice and both times he replied with a voucher and a lot of good wishes to learn. Yes, He is selling courses, but not just for the sake of making money.
