It’s weird because this shit makes my stomach feel like it’s on fire, gives me gas and bloating. Never worked for me. Idc anyways because it’s disgusting lol what works for me is avoiding high carb foods like certain fruits and breads, sometimes eggs don’t sit good with me and make me bloat, oatmeals, and just idk high carb foods. Always get constipated and bloated from high carb foods.
Large portions will. Sodium will. Warm Lemon ginger is soothing I use that 3 - 4 times a day. Try and keep your food and drink portions smaller. Especially foods.
Cucumbers line n or lemon sum apple cider vinegar in some water… it’s gonna last like 5 days or but u probably gonna drunk it better that.. but it a gallon bottle so u can save it for later n just drink a cup in a straw but I add the apple cider vinegar when I put it in a cup

Apple cider vinegar is Not Good For You! Sorry but I think this is some very bad advice..yikes. vinegar has a pickling affect. Read about it in medical medium
