Marie Norwegian Gold® Critical Omega, Natural Orange Flavor - 60 Enteric-Coated Softgels, i found these at wholes food, they have a ☀️ on the bottle. They say take 2 gel pills but i can only take 1 because im smaller body plus i forgot to drink water. 🙄 Ive recently bought some new fish oils on amazon but they are low quality, just by looking at the pill. You want the pills gels to look darker, its richer. The ones on amazon are like light yellow, those are waste of money. Hope it helps you.

Rogain doesn’t even work for autoimmune alopecia, it only works for hormonal hair loss. I’ve tried everything and I’ve been doing the shots so now I’m trying L-Glutamine and I’ll look into the diet you spoke of. I am getting baby fuzz back with the shots but most of it has no pigment. I need it to thicken and get it’s pigment back.
Sarah McCalmon Yes it does. My dermatologist had me use it and it started growing in a month. Fully back with extra in two. Had to stop due to facial hair growth.
Deepa I love your vids ❤️ Thank you so much ! I’ve implemented the paleo approach by Sarah Ballantyne and I’m loving it! I saw your first alopecia video about a month ago and immediately bought the book! EVERYBODY who has an autoimmune disease should read it! Will definitely do a blood panel to keep track of other things (I used to only check my iron, having a deficiency since I was a teenager) since I started AIP about 12 days ago. I’m currently working on getting all my food to be organic and next step is my stress management. A friend recommended an app for meditation 🧘🏻♀️ so will try that and see how it goes! You’re so inspiring 🙏🏻 love from France 🇫🇷
Hello, I have alopecia and its being kinda stubborn to grow back. I've tried steroid shots, steroid topicals, and also antibiotics. What else should I try? Because right now I am just trying to brow my hair out to hopefully cover it up, but I like my hair short. And my self-confidence has gone wayyyyy down.
Thank you for the information about the AIP diet. I’ve heard of paleo before, but not this version of it. Your 3 steps are also so simple to follow when it comes to regrowing hair. Great content!
Im surprised you didn't used any oils... oregan, rosmary and other oil mixed fid it for me.. it was harder on the beard area because oregano burns like hell lol
I developed a bald spot from loosing weight to fast I dropped over 90 pounds in less then a year and now I have a quarter sz bald spot in my head I can feel little fuzzy feeling all over it when I first saw it or was told about it it was smooth wonder what that means
Did you ever try to use dermaroller on your bald spots? Its works! It can help stimulating yur hair growth .. You can use it with essential oils like peppermint oil for ex
Thank you for sharing your story, it's so comforting to others. Alopecia was the hardest and best thing to happen to me and it's amazing how unique we all are.
Deepa, your videos got me through my toughest days of alopecia. I've done small things here and there to tweak my diet, and the biggest thing for me was stress management. Love you and your videos. You are such a beautiful soul! 😘
Thanks so much for sharing. Where did you get your blood work done? I’m scheduled to see a dermatologist for initial diagnosis. Based on pictures and symptoms, my primary care doc thinks I have AA, and I think she’s right. But it sounds like she only ordered anemia, iron deficiency, and thyroid disorder testing. I’m trying to get them to add everything but it’s HMO so it’s like pulling teeth. Btw, how are you liking San Diego? I’m in Encinitas and have lived in San Diego most my life. Happy to answer questions any time. 😊
We just had a lovely, young female on our podcast who has Alopecia Universalis. She was super open and honest and was so strong considering she’s only been diagnosed for 1year 🙌🏼 This video is great, I’ve just shared with her
Managing stress is so hard when having hair loss problems and Alopecia. Has the AIP diet worked for anyone? I wanted to ask Deepa did the AIP diet prevent hair loss or keeps it under control?
I need help I just found out I have a hair auto immune disease I didn’t even know the hair itself can have one but I been dealing with extreme hair loss since 16 and I still can’t get my hair back I need help
Hi thank you for this video recently diagnosed with alopecia areata. Question when I say a blood panel. Is that what I would say to my doctor or is it a specific name for the test?
Hey I been commenting on all your videos I hope u get back to me shortly story is I was 10 and I lost all my hair and doc told me I would never grow it back I started wearing wigs and some magical way it came back but I'm still balding around my edges and I front of my hair been really stressed out and I'm losing my hair in small patches in places need help tips. And did u regrow your eyelashes and eyebrows? I have none but I so see that it's trying to regrow back but not sure
I thought irestore laser LED therapy helped you regrow your hair. Now you say it’s these 3 changes you made that helped you grow your hair? Pretty confusing or misleading.
I have alopecia universalis. Do you think the AIP diet can help with that as well? Also, how do you know when to add new foods after the elimination phase? Wouldn't it be hard to tell what foods are affecting the hair loss since it takes so long to grow hair? I haven't been able to find any information on this. Thank you so much!!
You are a beautiful person !! Just from hearing you talk you can tell your a real person not trying to be fake or sale stuff but just beautifully honest !! I hope i can get my hair shedding to stop .. hormones are crazy 😊❤😂
I am having hair regrowth after corticosteroids injection but it is temporary, for about 1-2 months and then they fall out. So with me hairs come and go and it is happening from last 2 years
Hi, dear! I am from Belarus and i have alopecia. I lost 100% of my hair 5 years ago. Now i am on AIP diet second week. Please tell after how many weeks ( months) your hair started to grow??
Hi, i got diagnosed with alopecia last year (July) its almost an year now. I have been trying to keep myself away from stress and working on improving my mental health. I am giving my best and doing everything I know and can. Also, there is hair growth. However, I can feel my hair getting thinner. I learnt about AIP through your videos but I am a vegeterian which makes it even harder to follow the diet. I'd really appreciate if you would make a video on What things you avoided for curing Alopecia. Also Thanks for sharing your experience it really makes me feel like I am not the only one going through this. Thanks again x
I have hair loss from 2months, having head pimples on scalp and flaky scalp not much, I lost so much hair on scalp. I think fungal infection. Does it hair grow back or not possible.
Hi if it's fungal maybe try a detox diet or parasite cleanse. I'm using collodial silver and rosemary water with apple cider vinegar as a spray too. Also look into Monistat diluted with water as a spray. I just found out about that. Think there's some baby hairs growing in the bald spots for me after a month. :)
Thank you for the information about the alopecia Totalities. So my friend is struggling these disease. He is at the age of 35 get the alopecia and his body full hair lose. He is treatment in natural Type but it is not recovering. Now he is 40 years old.he is still struggling. So kindly help for the recovery advice. Plzzz
Hello, can you recommend other vitamins ? Is a womens vitamin not enough? Do the vitamins you have recommended work better on people with auto immune disorder?
hi Deepa..I wanted to follow the AIP diet for my 4 yr old son. According to this diet all grains should be avoided including wheat and rice. what should I feed him then? I am an Indian and this is staple for us. Pls suggest. Thank you.
I just recently discovered alopecia I started losing my hair back around Christmas it's so devastating stress plays such a huge part but after finding a new bald spot how do u not stress out yano?
mariah lafountain mine started at the same time as yours and it’s been super hard. But I got this treatment called PRP hair treatment and my hair is finally growing back!! If that helps
Search Research it took one session to stimulate growth but I am going to do 4. I’ve done 2 already and you must get it once every 6 months after that to keep up
I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused. Alopecia is an autoimmune disease where overactive white blood cells attack hair follicles which leads to baldness. This is a genetic predisposition. It is not an iron deficiency. I had blood work done and I had no deficiencies. The lab confirmed that I had genetic alopecia.
