Appreciate this video. Working on the front wheels can be difficult w/ or without assistance lol. Thanks for sharing 🤘🏾

Hi Dan. Thanks for the video. Not sure if you will get this comment, but if you do. I also have an Aero T. I took the two screws out and removed the wheel and nut from the fork shaft, but I could not for the life of me get that fork to slide out. Do you have any suggestions for me on how to get that fork to come out? Now that I think of it. Looking at it. I wonder if the bearings are even serviceable. How do they come out of the fork? Maybe I should just try to spray some lube in there, and if that doesn't work get some new forks. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I just had this problem on my chair. I took the nut off and the fork wouldn’t budge. I sprayed it with PB Blaster and let it soak, applied gentle heat, and it still wouldn’t move. Finally I hammered on the top of the fork and it started to move. The bearing ended up separating when the fork came off. I ended up having to order a new stem and will eventually cut the existing one off since the inner race is rusted tight to the stem. If you manage to get things apart, there are two bearings and a snap ring in between them. Best way I’ve found to get them out is to hammer the one bearing out with a drift or screwdriver, pop the snap ring out, and hammer the second bearing out. The replacement bearings are an R8-2RS I believe. I just tapped the bearings in using a socket to seat the bottom one. Good luck! Those ones can be tough.
