You're probably okay but I'd be concerned about the glue and primer breaking down the O-ring in the sharkbite fitting. I use sharkbites a lot and they're surprisingly reliable -- have never had one fail. Push em on dry to copper and PEX. But in general with plumbing stuff I go exactly by the manufacturer's suggestions because the risks are too high to have a part fail.

I've rotated mine for about 2hrs and the shit just straight up won't come off, I'll cut it and let you know how it goes lol

In real life this doesn't work. Only in videos where you just put a brand new valve on a pipe and then immediately take it off. Cutting it off seems to be the only option left

Yes and rotating and gently pulling usually damages the pipe. This method makes sure you don't. I just wish builders didn't use this trash.
