I do the very same thing. I’m glad that there’s other women out there that have a routine like this. I have probably eight sets of beautiful pajamas. I also love lily silk and have purchased many of their items. I use my China every day. I believe that every day I’m alive is a special occasion. My husband is very used to it. I set a beautiful table…..🇺🇸

Good ideas. I romanticize my life with daily walks, bike rides, playful creative fashion choices, using beautiful dishes, glasses and silverware, take myself on adventures to the art museum, second hand stores, the library or a coffee shop. Bubble baths and lots of beautiful body lotion.... twinkle lights, candles and a favorite book. One must spoil themselves!

They live on a beautiful 100 acre farm here in Tennessee and the views are breathtaking.

Loved the tips Mari! It's easy to focus on what is easy or fast to do and just "get things done", and end up forgeting to actually enjoy the moment. I like to eat at the dinner table with proper cuttlery as well! And lately my "going out" outfits are used at home too, because I'm alive now, I want to look great now! No setting the best things aside for a special ocasion that rarely comes. Carpe Diem! I'm the most special person in my life, and I'll make the very best I can for myself everyday!

I beautify my life by always decorating and using In my home antique porcelain plates, cups and saucers, beautiful crystal, and also with scents. I have a huge perfume collection and scent uplifts me. And flowers 🌸 🌺 💐 always. I relish my skincare routine and products, and recently have discovered linen sheets, very natural and luxurious👍👍thank you for the beautiful tips🌸💜

I haven't read all the comments yet so please forgive me if I am repeating. Your routine the evening before almost guarantees a calm start to your morning. The one thing I would add is to set up your breakfast table the night before. Its lovely to wake up to and ensures a calm morning. I have been doing this for about a year and my mornings are much more serene.

A lot of people have told me about this! It does make a lot of sense not only to wake up to a beautiful table, but to also avoid the sound of clinks and clanks from dishes and glasses early in the morning. So much more peaceful this way 😌

Thank you for sharing, I am off to try and pin my hair back and try some curls 😊 I adore how simple and chic all of these ideas are and easy to incorporate into our everyday. It really is such a beautiful way to live and such a beautiful standard to set for my 11 and 12 year old as they grow and learn to respect themselves and others and live a beautiful life. I would love to see a summer wardrobe update and how you organise your small area as I am about to move into a very small wardrobe and have completely devastated in order to be more organised and put together. First, congratulations on your first sponsorship mamita! As for romanticizing one's life - what a fabulous lifestyle choice! For the first time in my life, I love truly all that I own. From my shoes to jewelry to bags to sweaters and scarves - and it's also a time where I have owned the smallest total amount of all these items. I have 5 handbags (all designer). I used to have 40+. Same with shoes and on and on. I get dressed up every day and remind myself to smile and be thankful to see another morning. Red and pink lipstick always make me smile. Fresh flowers and a great bottle of wine & help to add romance to every day. I wake up early and either go to the gym or sometimes sit with coffee and watch the sunrise from my terrace. Classical or instrumental folk music add ambience. 4 fluffy pillows on my bed for sleeping and 9 total when my bed is made add luxury. A silk face mask is a must! I recommend the one by Slip. Soft pink lightbulbs add a mood while still providing light. Evening walks! Velvet, silk and satin, every day, all year round. Life is a romance!

This video reminds me of my grandmother, she practices all of these tips. One thing my grandmother used to do (especially after a stressful week at work) she would fit on ball gowns in the store. My 5 year old self was confused 🤷🏻‍♀️ “why would you fit it on if you’re not buying it?” My Grandmother’s response: “because it’s fun” 👵🏻 Now that I’m older I can see this was part of her romanticizing her life routine
