Massively impressive. I wish my mobility was as good as that. I am starting DDP Yoga rebuild as it has bed, chair and standing exercises. I'm also starting to use the X3 bar and resistance bands. Hoping one day I'll be strong enough to do what you're doing.
Thank you so much for reaching out. I almost got the ddp program looks like some great stuff. I have a few exercise videos here Spacial Mobility Training: ru-vid.com/group/PL5UA-5Obg8Jtu81OMeoZGKn5gj_IHRcu3 I will be growing this here in the coming weeks. My mobility was so bad I couldn't make it up a flight of stares. If you have any questions whatsoever please feel free to reach out. Thank you so much for watching and your support. I hope I can help you out with your journey as well. Have an amazing day.
FINLAND I so want to go to finland. Thank you so much for your support and taking the time to comment. I greatly appreciate it. I am on my way to check out your channel and give you a sub.
Gooooo! Keep this up. Don't get bogged down on the numbers, you'll have peaks and troughs, that's natural. Just know that any time spent on the rower is beneficial.
You're fine for light. Maybe set the tripod higher? AS for the rowing - you're doing great. You might get a few people telling you to row at a lower lever setting, but if you're getting a good workout with it up high, for the time being, I'd keep it there. If you're doing this to lose weight, what you need is calorie burn, which means putting effort in. And if you can put more effort in at a higher lever - do it. When you get better, and can do a longer range of stroke, then you can worry about lowering it. And for footstraps - you don't NEED to be strapped in. Leave 'em loose, just in case you get it wrong, but if you row and don't use the straps, you'll need to use your core at the back of the stroke to stop you falling off the back (which is why you keep the straps loose, just in case!) and that extra core tighten will again be a little more effort, and a few more calories left on the floor. And I need to get me one of them Osmos!!
WOW!!! Thank you so much for the Support and taking the time to leave such great and useful information. I will put it to use. I can not go lower on my setting because 10 even feels too light I try slowing down and pause at the top and the bottom a little because if not there is no resistance. I wish it could go harder. lol Thank you again and I hope you have an amazing day.
@@FlabDAD Yeah, so the way the Concept2 works is that the more power you put in, the heavier the stroke feels. The moment you start pushing harder with the legs, and then pulling harder with the arms, you'll notice the difference. But leave it at 10 right now as you develop the strength and fitness. Once you get stronger and fitter, lower the lever to allow you to push harder (without needing to heave against it). Just remember, the machine is only half the equation - you are the other half.
Thank you so much!!! Ya I find myself getting in my own way sometimes. LOL That is one of the reasons I want to try and make fitness videos because the weight and my size usually has some kind restriction or limitation that I have to best figure out how to work around the extra challenges. Your advice and information truly helps. Tonight I am going to try for a 15 min row. I would like to get to 20 Min twice a day by thanksgiving. Let's GO!!!!
Wish you all the luck in the world. If I were you, I would look in to getting some HMB supplement. It helps you keep as much muscle mass as possible on a calorie deficit. You'll be a unit once you shed the fat. Keep it up!
Lol hopefully between diet, lifestyle and exercise I hope I never have to rely on our medical industry ever again! We are all overpaying for what little and how hard it is to get anything positive out of. FYI I am not talking about our nursing and other staff. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment. I greatly appreciate it. Hope you join along for this journey and give your welcomed feedback as I progress.
Whole real food as much as possible. I try for at least 80% veg, fruit, seed, for meat salmon and bison when I can afford it. I cut all processed food. No food coloring emalsifiers no wheat or sugars. Just as whole and real as possible. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I greatly appreciate it.
