Dean Wilson's design has been copied by MANY manufacturers since the Avid. Some interesting observations, don't fold the wings with more than half tanks (note fuel stains on wings), folding tricycles always fall on their a@@ once folded, not sure why you would pull the wings up from the tips, than have to work your way along the wing to pin it? Easier to just grab the front strut at the wing join and pull out and forward. Also, if you pull the wing forward by the lower strut and wiggle a little, the wing pin should just push in, instead of slowly wearing the hole bigger by hammering it in. Also surprised you have to disconnect the aileron links? Avids, Kitfoxes and the rest of the copies will usually fold the ailerons as the wings fold?
