the biggest bodybuilders Levrone, Yates, Coleman etc. all had their heavy days in the gym fairly low reps with heavy weights to build their core until precontest when it lightens up goes a little higher reps, which is how I have patterned my training.

Very insightful. You need to turn down your volume and up theirs though. The difference in loud to soft is painful.

I was at work today (@ a gym) and thought I wonder why Kevin doesn’t say “baby anymore” like his videos lol even as a young BB’r who should favor someone who competes now Kevin Levrones physique and mindset just seems superior and will stay my favorite of all time

Great, actually, here is something reg. why Kevin didnt place higher at mr. O last time: Legs, maybe he overdieted in order to get details in legs and so lost size on upper body too? AND... people seem to loose size on legs as they, we, age, but can that have to do with our progressively worsening of bloodsupply to legs as we age, i mean, most older guys have some clogging of bloodwessels in legs and sometimes get those spindlelooking bloodwessels that turn blue and look not so nice? Maybe to ask Dr. Testosterone about that? In case so, should I ask the question at his page or can you forward this message as a question to him, Ron?

This workout works 4-6 ,cause you are not fatigue removing oxygen from the system(muscle). It's call 5x5. 4 sets 4to6 no failure last set failure if you pass 10 reps next workout increase at list 5 to 10%. No more than 3 exercises per body part.keep complete control of the movement.
