Great video as always. I see a color shift from the studio lighting which has more of a red dress to the final pink tones. I assume this is done in post. Its hard to tell as there could be a white balance change. If you have to get a color accurate dress shot, would you consider masking and selective color adjusting in post to color match the complementary colors if your backdrop and skin color are off

I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you asking ifI still use my methods from 7 years ago? If so, then yes. Most photography techniques require a base, no matter how creative you are, or what equipment you use, so those methods typically stay true. Of course I learn more and evolve and am constantly evolving but I still use techniques from many years ago.
When you get more of the dress or the flared dress is outside the backdrop boundaries, in editing, are you expanding the edges of the backdrop in photoshop? If you know you are going to want to shoot the entire width of a flared dress, do you normally shoot with a large backdrop? Thank you!
@@lindsayadlerphoto I'm on the last few days of my trial with Capture One. I've been enjoying it so much more than Lightroom but can't justify paying another monthly subscription for Photoshop and C1. Any suggestions?
