ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wWQiyaSKbVc.html I wanted the template, so I took it from this video and customized it as I wanted to. hope it works for u :))
Its very easy to make the table. 1. Create /Table Database Inline 2. Set Columns as Shown with Correct Property Type eg. Date for Start Date, Checkbox for Reps and Formula for Next Revision. 3. Right Click the Top of Next Revision Column, Select Edit Formula and Enter Exactly What is Shown at 6:33 4. Done, Enjoy
This video is literally a lifesaver. Though I'm still learning more about Notion, I'm not sure if you're able to link all of the subjects' revision schedules into one page, and they have their own revision schedule inside each subject (if that makes sense). Thank you so much in advance if you are able to help! And THANK YOU SO SO MUCH, ALICIA!
I feel like a person who keeps going back to her ex because I'm checking for that template everyday...And all I'm met with is disappointment lol Please upload the template as soon as you can. Or at least update us on why you can't upload the template.
All your Notion videos make much more sense to me than almost ALL the others I have watched! Particularly appreciate that you're Australian based, and studying something similar to myself ;) While this one has been up for awhile now, is there an updated template similar to the one shown here? Thank you for all your guidance!
hello. I just learned about notion last week and as a student, I can see that it has some really cool features that would be really helpful to me. at first, I was very overwhelmed with all the new things you can do using notion but watching your videos have really helped me get the hang of it. the one thing that I have been looking for on the internet but I can't seem to find is an attendance tracker for students. as a uni student, we have the criteria to hit 70% attendance to attend the exams. and I really want to track which classes I attend and which classes do I skip. and which classes are currently low on attendance. I am looking to build a database where I enter the subject name, date, and a check box if the class is attended or not. and based on the no of classes missed/attended it could calculate in which classes I have low attendance. I thought this I a pretty common thing and I would find at least one person who has made something like this but unfortunately, I haven't. can you please make something like this?
Ugh the one template I want so bad compared to all the other templates I've seen is the one that never got linked 😭, here's hoping one day she gives us the template...
hey correct me if im wrong but i think in 7:35 you were showing the revision tracker while explaining about your assesment tracker, love your vids btw :)
Can you please upload the template? So i can prepare for next year :) Btw, loved it how clear this video was. I'm not familiar with notion and this made it a lot easier! Thank you sm!
I was wondering the same and could not figure it out, but accidentally just stumbled onto this: if you press "ctrl" + "-" you reduce the page size. To enlarge press "ctrl" + "+". That at least works for me (on windows)!
hey everyone, the link for the revision table (with the spaced repetition formulas) as I couldn't see it in the description: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wWQiyaSKbVc.html
Hi Alicia, I would like to know what equipment and software that you use to produce your excellent videos. I have to produce video presentations for my course. Thanks.
TO ALL: I'm nearly to complete the template and share it with you! just need to know how she did and linked the Subjects archive! any ideas? I will share it with you all! KEEP UP!
here’s what I did: to create the subject archive, you would just create a table. It will give you the option to link a database.. select “new database”. Once you’ve done that, go to the left tab, where all your pages are, and click the three dots next to the course you want to move to the table. click “move to” and choose the table you just created. once all of your classes are moved to the archive, you can create tabs to organize the year, semester, and subject! i hope this helps ! :)
Hi Alicia, I'm new to Notion and I love your channel SO MUCH!❤️ I found it's so helpful and useful for a student. I have a question, how does your Gallery view of your subjects have the image cover without adding the image on the top of the content. (I hope you understand what I mean... sorry for my poor explanation) I tried to add the cover to the page but it doesn't show the image on the gallery view when I bake to my dashboard.🥺
click the three dots at the top right corner on your gallery view, then click properties, and change the card preview from page content to page cover. then all you need to do is add your image as a page cover to your subjects one by one and the images should pop up once you go back to the gallery view!! hope it helps.
@@j800521 using cover images doesn't show up on the gallery. I solved it by hitting /image and importing an image from the embedded search bar and made it super small. it'll still show up
