Funny how these companies build a soulless and automated system to parse and rank your resume but somehow you're the bad guy for trying to game the system with hidden text. :/ Don't want people abusing your ATS? Here's an idea: stop using an ATS you robots!
@@funfunfunction SEO for CVs and that kind of stuff builds on top of a feeling I already have that the process is too soulless and becoming more soulless with kind of hidden ways to game the process and actually get through filters that seem arbitrary or too hidden to know. Things seem to be moving further away from 'this person claims to have these skills and years of experience. Let's get them in for a nice chat, see if they are passionate and nice, and try working through some problems to see that they have those skills and how they think'.
