Please explain what is Metabolism, what are the effects of low metabolism and what are the effects of high metabolism on our body and how to increase it, on your next video.
There are vegan RU-vidrs who say they hardly eat any protein and have even demonized protein, if what they say they eat is true then how are they maintaining off eating so little protein?? I don't agree with them at all but it's just very strange how are they holding up not eating enough protein?

lol if they say they don't eat any protein, they're lying. protein isn't just meat, plenty of vegetables have protein in them. beans have a lot of protein. also, higher protein is needed to build muscle/lose weight but you can still get away with eating less protein and survive just fine.
Don't let leanness distract from lack of muscular development either 🙏 looking a certain way is one thing, having a base of functional, well trained and developed musculature is totally different 🙏 not too sure which YTs you're referring to but trust me, protein is absolutely essential! Muscle aside, it's the structural building block for almost all of your body 🤓
@@CaptainJammieJam I know protein is very important but I'm just saying I don't know how these vegans get away with it, a few vegans have said eating too much protein turns into body fat I guess that's one of the reasons why they keep their protein so low, so their diets consist of low protein very low fat and the rest is all carbs, which I guess could be healthy but we do need protein because our whole entire body is practically made of protein like mentioned, and we need fats for hormone and overall health
