How India Uses DAMS To Control Floods in Nepal 

Nepal floods every year mostly during the monsoon season. What threatens more are the barrages built by India which violate international practices. According to last year's data, there are 21 such barrages. These barrages cover the entire Terai from east to west. So, Why is no one doing anything, and how does India control Nepal floods?
