@john wick Wow! I’m so sorry to hear you do! I’ve had friends with OCD, and my mom’s a (now retired) psychiatrist who specializes in it, so I have a fairly decent understanding of how it effects people. It really sucks to hear you’re struggling with it! I can imagine it must be extremely annoying, and I hope you’re able to someday work past it!
@john wick So sorry to hear that bro.I just feel sad when people say say that it's just a habit and not a real disorder.The more people talk about it the better.Research is ongoing on a rapid pace.We might just find a cure in a few years if one is optimistic.Meanwhile , try to surround yourself with people that really understand you and keep moving forward.
