Daniel, I am 73 years old. My wife and I live about 25 miles from you. My cousin lives in Florida and he is the one who told us about Arms Family Homestead. We started watching and fell in love with your family. I thank God for your podcast. It’s so refreshing to watch a godly family like yours. My wife comes in from work and one of the first things she asks is if you guys have posted a new show for the day. She just got her fishing license so we can go fishing ourselves. Watching your family fish in your creek makes us feel good and at home even. Please keep putting out the content. We feel like we know you and love your family. God bless the Arms Family!!!

Prayers to the Fargo North Dakota Police Department. Last week a traffic stop ended with an officer down and 2 in critical condition. The suspect had tons of ammunition in his vehicle and some in his apartment. God bless the officers and their families! 🙏

One of my sons is a state trooper here in TX. As a matter of fact I have a son in the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and EMS. All my boys make me happy at their choice of career. Oh and I can’t forget my daughter who owns her own business at 27. Something she did on her own. Proud Mom

Thanks Daniel for your story I just sold our house and will be doing full time street ministry . I left a high paying job to be home with my family and hope to work from home and hit the streets with my family. Your story really inspired me to not loose hope in the dream God gave me.

I remember crying with Deejay as you were saying the time had come to close that chapter. I was pregnant then so I cried like a baby. Now you go and play that clip again and I'm pregnant again and cried all over again. We started following you to learn about goats and now we just keep following and watching and get to watch your family grow up and change.

As a retired Deputy Court Administrator, age75, with lots of health issues I have enjoyed your journey. I remember when you took off your badge. One of the things I like about your channel is that you share your faith and give God the glory for your blessings. I was a stay at home mom until our farm needed help with my paycheck and I went to work.I was fortunate that I was able to work part time 3 or 4 days a week as I needed to rest so I could handle working. Since we are farmers by trade I enjoy watching farmers making decisions on their farm. We have had chickens but ours only grew in the summer and tasted mighty fine in the winter, some chickens and ducks were wintered over for eggs. Our children had our time and they are wonderful parents now farming our land which has been in our family for almost 100 years. It wasn’t easy but it is a good life. Television has such awful language so I look for wholesome channels to watch. Thank you for being the type of people you are. Keep on fishing too. I love fishing myself.

Now Brandon Eddy has followed the same path and is making it his employment of choice as well. You took your time in making the decision and that is very wise. Too many people make rash decisions on the fly and live to regret it. You may have left the force but you still carry yourself like you are a policeman. You're someone that I admire, because you know how to balance work, play, God and family well. You and DeJay have really put your heart and soul into the farm, the business, and it shows. I certainly enjoy your videos and look forward to watching them. I'm pretty partial to the hunting and fishing videos with Houston, but I never expected to. It has brought back sweet memories of hunting and fishing with my late husband. I have followed your channel since just before the first Okie Homestead Expo, through Adler Farms. I came to love how playful you and DeJay are with each other and how active you are in the children's lives. Your relationship with Weston is priceless and it shows your character. You stepped up to the plate and became the dad he so desperately needed to make him into a man. He couldn't have had a finer example to follow. He's still finding his way, but he will always turn to you for guidance and confirmation. DeJay picked well and I wish you all the success going forward that God can bring you. This 67 year old would be honored to have someone like you as a son. My son is a recruit trainer in the Navy and has been in the service since 2007. When he calls it quits and retires, I hope he finds as much fulfillment as you have in life. ❤
