🔴 * Join The Habibi Party! * ✅ / discord In this video we talk about the Aim-9M in war thunder and how to feels like to use it. We also get into some other stuff so check it out dood!
Someone that I agree with on the unwillingness of so many players to just learn how to fly properly instead of crying about new missiles making them unable to play like it’s baby tier
F-16C it's leading edge slats are supposed to be active at all times when pulling at any speed as long as your under mach 1, they are also supposed to be more aggressive. HMD is just a yellow circle when it's supposed to be a full HUD HMD with a green oval in the center. F-16C's cockpit is yet to be modeled. There also training bfm hud videos of the F-16C showing in the cockpit what the lead indicator, that's what it's supposed to look like and behave like, not some wiggle snake gyro bs (MLU has that lead indicator that looks like the irl but it doesn't behave like one)
We will have to see on the live server. Or else just send me a detailed and historical evident paragraph on my discord ( you can DM me if you want ) and I will try to pass it to gaijin's feedback.
What's also to mention, is that the AIM9M has a specific kind of IRCCM that shuts the seeker off for a moment, when it sees flares. That break is to use for manouvering out of it's field of view (FOV). Simple as that, so stop crying.
It’s hilarious to see people trying to excuse this missile being this strong 😂. R73 had hundreds of people (American mains mostly) being called a false attributed missile and people were saying that’s now how it acted irl, but now that the same people get a huge power creep, everything is fine now, (from what it seems)
They already said that the ECCM on the R73 is going to be stronger than the 9M. So really everyone should be going back to crying about the R-73 the 9M will be a minor upgrade. The R73 is going to change the meta
@@AZ-dj1ni the 9M is just performing how the 9L used to. The R-73 is going to be just as flare resistant and be able to make crazy turns that the 9M can’t. Or at least that’s what the devs said. So obviously the weaker missile isn’t meta changing.
For all the people complaining about 9M: lmfao, yall need to stop complaining, this is 9L shit all over again, we've been through this 1 000 000 times, one country gets cool new shit (R73), another country needs a counterpart but that counterpart is 5 - 25 years newer and far better shit that runs circles around cool shit the other country got, and Gaijin at the end ends up nerfing everything all together into ground. 9D / 9P was just 9B on steroids, it got nerfed to 9B like performance just with marginally better pull and range. 9J was 9D / 9P on steroids, it got nerfed to pull like 9B (ignore the fucking stat card) and have marginally better range, only difference being that you can pull a lot more lead. 9L was flare resistant all aspect monster with 3.5km death bubble, now it's basically 9J with marginally more pull, marginally better range, all aspect and also eats flares like crazy. 9M will become what 9L is within two months, Gaijin will give it --40G-- more off the rail pull, marginally better flare resistance, maybe 300m more range and will nerf acceleration. If yall wanna scream POWWWWWEEEEERRRRRR CREEEEEEEEEPPP maybe Gaijin should give us 9X and AIM 260 on a fucking F-22!
@@bottoms_up2175 the track rate is mostly the same, the 9L performs just fine as long range IR platform, it's plenty fast, has good range, and maneuvers very good, it's just lacking in flare resistance and instant tracking, which is limitation of the actual platform of the missile design not much the U.S military could do about it which is why they started working on the 9X and AIM-132(ASRAAM America desig)
I haven't gotten to chance to play the Dev servers yet however from what I am sort of seeing from the video the Aim-9M is acting like how the Aim-9L was when first introduced onto aircraft beginning with the A-10A's in the game. The missile back then was virtually unmatched in its flare resistances however since then has been toned down. To my knowledge the Aim-9M is capable of 40G pulls this being without thrust vectoring technology like the R73 has so while it pulls more it won't pull as much as that missile upon launch. American missiles tend to focus on maintaining the track and making them hard to lose while the Russian missiles focus more on maneuverability. This appears to be true up until the Aim-9X as far as I'm aware but we're some ways away from that being added to the game.
I honestly do not have any historical document to confirm the 40g pull but I can tell you that the aim-9L when first introduced is nothing like this missile. The M just doesn't care about flares and will go through them like they do not exist.
Bro you legit lost 2 Aim-9M and this game isnt historical if it was they would of added the F-15A with Aim-120 and Aim-9L/M Aim-120A isnt OP WHY you may ask simple really Mach 4 35G turn rate and 20 mile range R-27T/ER is better simply from the Fact you get no RWR ping @@Silent_WT
the Barak 2 could recive the Python 4 which is the most direct counterpart of the R-73, its fully coded and we have the data from the Python 4, right now it have the Python-3 model just a place holder.
