@@doornoi I use it everyday. It is much more convenient for typing numbers. Also I use it for rhythm games because I like my hands to be as spread out as possible so the numpad is as far right as I can go.
@@doornoi I’m not left-handed, I just like my hands spread out for rhythm games. I have my right hand on the numpad “1 and 2” and my left hand on the “z and x” and other surrounding keys. My favorite rhythm game is Muse Dash but I also occasionally play Quaver and osu!
I actually have to admit this guy did get me to buy my first keyboard. Watching enough of his videos I wanted something better. Nothing amazing because I believe there is a curve in price and quality that starts to level out. But started with a budget $100 keyboard that was on sale during Black Friday down to like $70. I really enjoy it. Keep presses feel better, sounds better, certainly looks better. Came with a few different keycaps, and is certainly more sturdy feeling.
"OOH NO MY KEYBOARD DOESNT HAVE A USELESS FUCKING KNOB" Yeah they are crazy aren't they. I can find a budget keyboard for like 5 quid and yet this guy has the audacity to call like a £100 keyboard "budget".
imo i feel like knobs are KIND OF useless because y know headphones and speakers have their own volume slider and you could do it manually in the volume slider in pc. but i’m starting to use a knob now
It's in no way a budget keyboard. Hipyo just really a snob loving customs and "thocky" modern type of sound. Which was considered empty and bodyless back in the day. Actually I unsubscribed recently, because I don't agree with him at all. And I truly believe the things he does to his keebs are always for the worst.
i rlly want it but the thing is i live in denmark so i need "æ ø å" on my keyboard and other stuff on a keyboard cus rn i just have a cheap one that sounds horible Edit: thanks for 2 likes (i was 1 of them)
I absolutely love your videos and I always have such a good time watching them. Especially these keyboard shorts because they are so satisfying to me! ❤
It's less a sound difference and more the consistency of the legends on your keycaps. In a cheaper clone set, the legends might be slightly off or the colours aren't quite what you'd expect them to be. Sound difference is negligible if they are both made out of the same material
I can't believe this man said that the keyboard is dim. This is my main keyboard, I threw some ceramic keys in it and the light is so bright that I have to make sure to unplug it at night. Sounds great though.
i have a keychron k2 v2 and it was the best thing that happened to man, put some lavender switches and some ceramic key caps and you have a perfect keyboard in my opinion.
I use to watch you all the time it’s been over a year since the last time I watched you unbox keyboards and stuff i enjoy your content A ton you have inspired me to become a tech expert I came back just to subscribe thank you. - Julian
I got the al71 red version and I love it so much huge upgrade from a Razer huntsman mini and I put some hyperx keycaps on it and it made it sound like legos.
Hey hipyo ! I use a hyperX alloy origin keyboard and i love the overlay, it's perfect for me but the sound... ugh... do you have any tips to make it sound like heaven like yours ?
Does vol, also if hold for 5 secs adjust RGB and light modes, tho can just use FN key with arrow keys to do same thing. other wise up/down vol and press to mute.
I bought a cheap mechanical keyboard on Amazon for $25, tape and foam modded it, put on those switch foam pad things and lined it with AQUAPHOR and it is super thocky and to this day it is my daily driver (my only other keyboard is click)
I just want a keyboard to be as silent as possible, I’m also talking on discord and I don’t want to make noise while typing smoothly and fast. I don’t get the hype why people want clacky or thonky sounds.
Are yunzi and wormier like the same production just rebranded? I swear the yk71 and the al71/66 are so damn similar kinda want the 66 now cuz I love my yk71 but one row smaller …. And a KNOB? Take my money
hey hello can you help me I'm dealing with software and I love mechanical keyboards and custom keyboards. I bought a second hand keychron k8 tkl (gateron blue) one of its legs was broken, I printed a new one with a 3D printer, I used it with a quality coiled cable, I bought an accessory and made it, but the previous owner used it incredibly badly and I didn't like it and sold it. Now I'm thinking of buying a keychron k12 60% (gateron red). And my budget is exactly enough to buy a k12, which keyboard do you think I should choose (Keychron did not exactly look like a gamer keyboard and that's why I liked it very much, also the blue switch was very loud but I loved the "jumping" feeling of the switches. I also had the opportunity to try the white switch and I think it is brown and I admired the white switches)
