We are in the middle of some real estate moves, and as far as I'm concerned, God has shown his hand in several ways, to the point that I have faith that he is behind our decision. That is such a comfort to me, so hearing you talk about your "coincidences" made me reflect on our situation. It's comforting having that feeling that God is with you, and is guiding you. It's so stressful to feel like you are doing it on your own, without those signals of approval from God.
Honestly, there is nothing better than knowing and being certain that God is leading you in a specific direction. I always believe that when God is opening a door for you , he does it seamlessly and without any hiccups. That's how he did it for us moving here. May God continue to guide you in the direction he wants you to go. 🙏

Love every time you guys post a video me and my family went through a three-year process to try to find a property but we finally found hours and Vega Baja it’s just so inspiring we’re still on the mainland and trying to get things started with the renovation around property it’s been an uphill battle finding contractors. You guys have kept us inspired, and we’re hoping to move to Puerto Rico by the end of the year.

I'm also in Florida and have been doing some research on how to buy a house in PR. I have also heard a lot of bad things about the realtors. It all sounds and feels so over whelming. I love this story. I just moved to PR from Florida a few months ago with my wife and 4 year old son. She was born and raised in PR. I'm a non-spanish speaking gringo. 😂 I would love to buy some properties and fix them up! Our money goes way farther here than in Florida.
Unfortunately like Hawaii, the influx of Americans buying up real estate, establishing business and capitol free tax gain making difficult for the very citizens of those islands to even afford a house esp with the low pay they receive. Also, the ogs from the 50s didn't think about the future when they gave up the islands independent status.
Are u guys going a lot of the work your selfs or you hire people to do alot of the work? My wife joined the navy so that’s our source of income but we wanna buy a house in Puerto Rico and basically do what you guys are doing. Your videos are great can’t wait to see more of them! Hi Edgar, at the beginning we used to do a lot of the work ourselves. Now, we try to have subcontractors do the majority of the work. If there are things that we can do and save some money on, then we will. That's amazing. There is a lot of potential here. It's a beautiful place to be. Hello, really it all depends on the house and the location. you can find some fixer uppers from 40k and up. But some work and money has to be put into it. Zillow and facebook marketplace are great places to look and get a better idea.

Hey guys. I have a quick question for you. I'm in the process of purchasing a home in PR. However, we're buying directly through a seller (no realtor). How did you guys go about putting your down payment for the contract if there is no escrow account? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Hey! So usually with my transactions, I work with a third party title company, which is the safest route. Obviously don't give earnest dp to the seller. Here in PR it's different in where many real estate transactions are done through attorneys which is how I do most of mines. If you need a contact for the attorney I use reach out to me via email on my contact section, otherwise a local attorney that handles real estate matters (and who isn't too expensive) will do. There are tax benefits for locals too. Please do your research. PR need investors to invest. You are competing with other Caribbean islands who have more inventory. This land is our land collectively. Dios te bendiga
