So, I watched that, but I was really distracted by the fact that I was listening to "I Got A Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas.

Cheeky buggers using the karaoke for 'I've got a feeling!'But it is pretty intrusive and jars with your audio track. Could you put on something less memorable?

I did work at a place that does this and I fucking hated it!! Long days on your feet and barely enough time to breathe in between fast moving spools.

Can easily do without the stupid music. It doesnt make our viewing experience any better than if having just got to hear the actual sounds of the machinery, processes, etc

Need your technical expertise. I have a small extruder and the entire barrel moves in a circular pattern maybe 1-2mm or so - which makes it very difficult to maintain tolerances on the product extruded. I thought it was due to a screw that was broken and repaired and assumed might not be 100% straight, but the same thing happens also with a new screw... what could be the cause? The motor and the gear box? A bent shaft that connects to the screw? Maybe the extruded not being level properly on a hard surface (it is on a wooden pallet)? A bent or worn out barrel?
