My guess is that when he was a teenager he wasn't actually getting surgery. Similar to guys at the gym pedaling steroids, there are people who do underground botox injections and other similar procedures. The underground cosmetic surgery scene is pretty interesting.

this makes sense, it is immoral and taint's surgeons portfolio to do work like this. for one, looks bad, and secondly, some surgeons will recognize dysmorphia, decline, and recommend therapy. usually when you see someone botched from surgery, it is because their procedures got so excessive reliable surgeons started turning them down, and then they seek underground surgery. almost nobody wants to have this kind of botched look with their initials on it, nor on their conscience.

Finding out that some men think they can only attract women through "looksmaxxing" and getting a sharp jaw line etc.. is strange to me because that's not every woman's type. One big problem today is that they "require" diagnosis for a lot of surgeries these days so they just hand out diagnoses like candy. Anyone can pretend they can't breathe out their nose and get rhinoplasty. Anyone can get ozempic and slowly kill their bodies while using up lifesaving medicine for diabetics. You just need to shop around with doctors and by the third one you'll find one scummy enough. Then again this shit happens with every single medication that has some ulterior use.
