⁠​⁠@@beegxxc9832Toe straps help keep your feet on and you can pull up as well as pushing down. If you have these then put thread straps on them and you can just reach down as your pedal comes up and release them.

He’s got black straps on, so against the black plastic he probably couldn’t see them. You can get bright coloured straps, ones with a release tab on them. Tighten them up once you’ve got going and release them before you stop. They save energy, keep your feet on the pedals and you can pull up as well as push down and imho they feel much better, like tying your shoe laces up rather than wearing loose shoes.

I dislike him a lot, but felt bad for him. I don't think people realize that could happen to anyone when your foot gets stuck.

Maybe he can write a treatise on AirPower during the Revolutionary War and why the British couldn’t beat Paul Revere and his amazing jet fighter piloting skills? Contrast Biden’s competency in interviews with Trump’s disjointed word salads in previous interviews in which he bounced all over the place, mentioning unrelated things without ever answering the original question. Trump is obviously demented: his train of thought is incredibly fragmented, his vocabulary is extremely diminished, and he has the typical elderly Alzheimer’s tendency to obsessively perseverate about issues that frustrate him (the election he lost). Everything points to Trump having fairly advanced dementia. Recently he was asked about Ukraine and went on a rant about windmills. I’ll take Biden’s obvious competency and vast experience in government over Trump’s incredible ineptitude any day.
